Claims (23)
- 제1항에 있어서,
R이 이소시아누레이트 잔기를 포함하는, 폴리우레아. - 제1항에 있어서,
하나 이상의 R1이 2-하이드록시에틸 또는 2-하이드록시프로필 기를 포함하는, 폴리우레아. - a. 필름-형성 수지; 및
b. 하기 화학식을 갖는 하이드록시 작용성 알킬 폴리우레아 가교제
를 포함하는 조성물:
상기 식에서,
R2는 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1 내지 C36 알킬 기, 방향족 기, 이소시아누레이트 잔기, 뷰렛 잔기, 알로포네이트 잔기, 글리콜우릴 잔기, 벤조구아나민 잔기, 폴리에터아민 잔기, 및/또는 폴리에터아민과 상이하고 500 이상의 Mn을 갖는 중합체성 잔기이고;
각각의 R1은 독립적으로 수소, 1개 이상의 탄소를 갖는 알킬 또는 2개 이상의 탄소를 갖는 하이드록시 작용성 알킬이고;
n은 2 내지 6이되,
R2가 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1 내지 C36 알킬 기인 경우, 필름-형성 수지는, 폴리우레아와 반응하여 에스터 연결을 형성하는 COOH 작용기를 포함한다. - 제4항에 있어서,
R이 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C2-C12 알킬 또는 방향족 기를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
R이 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C6 알킬 기를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
R1이 2-하이드록시에틸 또는 3-하이드록시프로필 기를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
실질적으로 포름알데하이드를 미함유하는 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
촉매를 추가로 포함하는 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서,
촉매가 주석 및/또는 티타늄을 포함하는, 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
R1 기가 에터 연결을 함유하지 않는, 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
코팅으로서 제조되는 조성물. - 제12항에 있어서,
코팅이 분말 코팅인, 조성물. - 제13항에 있어서,
R이 500 이상의 Mn을 갖는 중합체성 잔기를 포함하는, 조성물. - 제12항의 코팅으로 적어도 부분적으로 코팅된 기판.
