Description

Claims (23)
- 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조의 적어도 50 중량%의 스테이플 섬유(staple fiber) 및 메탈로센 촉매인 적어도 하나의 촉매로 제조되며 130 내지 170 ℃ 범위의 용융점을 가진 제1 폴리올레핀 재료 및 제1 재료의 용융점보다 적어도 10 ℃ 높은 용융점을 가진 제2 재료 사이의 열적으로 활성화된 결합을 포함하는 부직 구조의 스테이플 섬유의 적어도 부분적인 결합으로 만들어지고, 부직 구조에서 제1 재료의 중량은 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조의 중량의 적어도 3 %인, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 재료는 합성 또는 천연 섬유로부터 선택될 수 있는, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 재료는 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드, 또는 폴리에스테르로부터 선택될 수 있는, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 제1 또는 제2 재료는 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리프로필렌 공중합체를 포함하는, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 결합은 얽힌 부직 구조의 가열 및 결합 도중 가압하지 않고 만들어지는 무압력 결합인, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 재료로 만들어지는 제1 스테이플 섬유 및 상기 제2 재료로 만들어지는 제2 스테이플 섬유를 포함하는, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섬유의 양은 결합되고 얽힌 부직 구조의 총 스테이플 섬유 함량의 3 내지 30 %인, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 재료는, 함께, 이성분 섬유에 포함되는, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 이성분 섬유는 시스/코어 이성분 섬유이고, 여기서 제1 재료는 시스 내에 존재하는, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 총 스테이플 섬유 함량은 구조의 적어도 60 중량%, 바람직하게는 적어도 70 중량% 및 최대 100 중량%인, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 150 N/wt%보다 큰 정규화된 강성도를 가진, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 얽힘은 니들 펀칭 또는 수얽힘(hydroentanglement)에 의해 제공되는, 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조.
- 표면 층으로서 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 얽히고 결합된 부직 구조를 포함하고, 임의적으로 배킹 층을 포함하는, 카펫.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 부직 구조를 먼저 제조함으로써 수득될 수 있고, 여기서 얽힌 부직 구조를 오븐을 통하여 통과시킴으로써 결합되며, 오븐의 온도 프로파일은 섬유가 결합 이후 그들의 일체성을 유지하거나 섬유 사이의 결합 지점을 제외하고는 그들의 형태를 유지하도록 선택되는, 카펫.

- 제13항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카펫은 이벤트 또는 전시회 카펫이고, 여기서 부직 구조는 평방 미터당 100 내지 350 그램의 중량을 가지는, 카펫.
- 섬유질 카드 웨브를 크로스래핑 기계로 운반하여 메탈로센 촉매인 적어도 하나의 촉매로 제조되고 130 내지 170 ℃ 범위의 용융점을 가지는 제1 폴리올레핀 재료로 만들어지는 스테이플 섬유 및 제1 재료의 용융점보다 적어도 10 ℃ 높은 용융점을 가지는 제2 재료로 만들어지는 섬유를 포함하고, 여기서 부직 구조에서 제1 재료의 중량은 부직 구조의 중량의 적어도 3 %인 재료의 배트로 카드 웨브를 크로스래핑하고, 제1 및 제2 재료 사이의 열적으로 활성화된 결합에 의해 부직 구조의 스테이플 섬유를 적어도 부분적으로 결합하는 단계

- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 상기 스테이플 섬유의 일부의 외부 단면은 다엽형(multilobal)인, 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 스테이플 섬유의 일부의 외부 단면은 3엽형(trilobal)인, 제조 방법.
- 제18항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면 층은 평방 미터당 100 내지 350 그램, 바람직하게는 평방 미터당 150 내지 275 그램의 중량을 가지는, 제조 방법.
