Description
Claims (6)
- 분말 야금용 혼합분으로서,
(a) Si : 0 ∼ 0.2 질량% 및 Mn : 0 ∼ 0.4 질량% 를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물인 철기 분말, 및
(b) Mo : 0.3 ∼ 4.5 질량%, Si : 0 ∼ 0.2 질량% 및 Mn : 0 ∼ 0.4 질량% 를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물인 합금강분
을 함유하고,
상기 (a) 철기 분말 및 (b) 합금강분의 합계에 대한 (b) 합금강분의 비율이 50 ∼ 90 질량% 이며,
상기 (a) 철기 분말 및 (b) 합금강분의 합계에 대한 Mo 의 비율이 0.20 질량% 이상, 2.20 질량% 미만인, 분말 야금용 혼합분. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 철기 분말 및 (b) 합금강분의 합계에 대한 (b) 합금강분의 비율이 70 ∼ 90 질량% 인, 분말 야금용 혼합분. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
추가로,
(c) Cu 분, 및
(d) 흑연분
을 함유하고,
상기 (a) 철기 분말, (b) 합금강분, (c) Cu 분, 및 (d) 흑연분의 합계에 대한 (c) Cu 분의 비율이 0.5 ∼ 4.0 질량% 이며,
상기 (a) 철기 분말, (b) 합금강분, (c) Cu 분, 및 (d) 흑연분의 합계에 대한 (d) 흑연분의 비율이 0.2 ∼ 1.0 질량% 인, 분말 야금용 혼합분. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
추가로,
(e) 윤활제
를 함유하고,
상기 (a) 철기 분말, (b) 합금강분, (c) Cu 분, 및 (d) 흑연분의 합계에 대한 (e) 윤활제의 비율이 0.2 ∼ 1.5 질량% 인, 분말 야금용 혼합분. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분말 야금용 혼합분을 성형, 소결한 소결체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분말 야금용 혼합분을 성형하고, 소결하여 소결체로 하는, 소결체의 제조 방법.
