Abstract
(해결수단) 액적 토출 장치(10)는 액체 토출구(11e)를 갖는 액체 저류부(11)와, 액체 저류부(11)의 용적을 변화시키는 다이어프램(12)과, 다이어프램(12)에 가압 진동을 가하는 압전소자(13)와, 압전소자(13)에 구동 전압 신호(VR)를 출력하는 제어부(14)를 구비한다. 구동 전압 신호(VR)는 토출 신호(VP)와, 토출 신호(VP)보다 작은 진폭의 고주파 신호(VQ)를 포함한다.

Claims (5)
- 액체 토출구를 갖는 액체 저류부와, 상기 액체 저류부의 용적을 변화시키는 다이어프램과, 상기 다이어프램에 가압 진동을 가하는 압전소자와, 상기 압전소자에 구동 전압 신호를 출력하는 제어부를 구비하고,
상기 구동 전압 신호는 토출 신호와, 상기 토출 신호보다 작은 진폭의 고주파 신호를 포함하는 액적 토출 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 토출 신호는 전압 상승 구간과 전압 하강 구간을 적어도 포함하고,
상기 구동 전압 신호에 있어서 상기 고주파 신호는 상기 전압 상승 구간보다 앞에 위치하는 액적 토출 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 토출 신호는 전압 상승 구간과 전압 하강 구간을 적어도 포함하고,
상기 고주파 신호는 상기 토출 신호 중 상기 전압 하강 구간의 개시 시점부터 소정 기간 내에 위치하는 액적 토출 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 전압 신호에 있어서 상기 고주파 신호는 단속 신호인 액적 토출 장치. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 구동 전압 신호에 있어서 상기 고주파 신호는 연속 신호인 액적 토출 장치.
