Claims (15)
- 흡입 가능한 에어로졸을 제공하기 위한 시스템용 공소결된(co-sintered) 다층 구조를 갖는 히터(1)를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,
적어도 하나의 제1 기판 층(3)을 제공하는 단계(1010);
적어도 하나의 제1 절연 층(5)을 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제1 기판 층(3) 상에 배치하는 단계(1020);
적어도 하나의 가열 요소(7)를 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제1 절연 층(5) 상에 배치하는 단계(1030);
적어도 하나의 제2 기판 층(3') 및 적어도 하나의 제2 절연 층(5')을 적어도 부분적으로 상기 가열 요소(7) 상에 배치하는 단계(1040) - 상기 제2 절연 층(5')은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제2 기판 층(3') 상에 배치되고, 상기 제2 절연 층(5')은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 가열 요소(7) 및/또는 상기 제1 절연 층(5)과 연결됨 -;
상기 층들 및 상기 가열 요소(7)를 압축하는 단계(1050); 및
상기 다층 구조의 상기 층들을 공소결하기 위해, 상기 압축된 층들을 소성하는(fire) 단계(1060)

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 절연 층(5) 및/또는 상기 제2 절연 층(5')을 배치하는 단계는:
상기 제1 절연 층(5)을 상기 제1 기판 층(3) 상에 및/또는 상기 제2 절연 층(5')을 상기 제2 기판 층(3') 상에 스크린 인쇄하는 단계 및/또는 테이프 캐스팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(7)는 적어도 하나의 저항 요소, 특히 백금(Pt)-서멧(cermet)을 포함하는 저항 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가열 요소(7)를 배치하는 단계(1030)는:
상기 저항 요소를 상기 제1 절연 층(5) 상에 스크린 인쇄하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판 층(3') 및 상기 제2 절연 층(5')을 배치하는 단계는:
상기 제2 절연 층(5')을 적어도 부분적으로 상기 가열 요소(7) 상에 배치하는 단계 및 상기 제2 기판 층(3')을 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제2 절연 층(5') 상에 배치하는 단계; 또는
상기 제2 절연 층(5')을 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제2 기판 층(3') 상에 배치하는 단계 및 상기 제2 절연 층(5')을 적어도 부분적으로 상기 가열 요소(7) 상에 배치하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축된 층들을 소성하는 단계(1060)는:
상기 다층 구조의 상기 압축된 층들을 적어도 1400℃에서 적어도 36시간 동안 소성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소성하는 단계(1060) 이전에, 특히 천공을 통해 또는 레이저 절단 공정을 통해 상기 히터(1)를 분리하는 단계, 또는
상기 층들을 압축하는 단계(1050) 이후에 그리고 상기 소성하는 단계(1060) 이전에 상기 히터(1)를 분리하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 절연 층(5') 및/또는 상기 제2 기판 층(3') 내에 리세스를 도입하는 단계, 특히 상기 가열 요소(7)의 적어도 하나의 연결 수단을 적어도 부분적으로 노출시키기 위해 리세스를 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 층들을 압축하는 단계 이전에,
(ⅰ) 상기 제1 절연 층(5)과 상기 제1 기판 층(3) 사이에, 및/또는
(ⅱ) 상기 제2 절연 층(5')과 상기 제2 기판 층(3') 사이에, 및/또는
(ⅲ) 상기 제1 절연 층(5)과 상기 제2 절연 층(5') 사이에,
적어도 하나의 온도 센서(9)를 배치하는 단계
를 포함하는 것인 방법. - 흡입 가능한 에어로졸을 제공하기 위한 시스템에서 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법(1000)에 의해 제조된 히터(1)의 사용.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법(1000)에 의해 제조된 적어도 하나의 히터(1)를 포함하는, 흡입 가능한 에어로졸을 제공하기 위한 시스템.
- 흡입 가능한 에어로졸을 제공하기 위한 시스템용 공소결된 다층 구조를 갖는 히터(1)에 있어서,
제1 측면 및 상기 제1 측면에 대향하는 제2 측면을 갖는 적어도 하나의 가열 요소(7);
적어도 제1 및 제2 절연 층(5, 5') - 상기 제1 절연 층(5)은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 가열 요소(7)의 상기 제1 측면 상에 배치되고, 상기 제2 절연 층(5')은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 가열 요소(7)의 상기 제2 측면 상에 배치됨 -; 및
적어도 제1 기판 층(3) 및 제2 기판 층(3') - 상기 제1 기판 층(3)은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제1 절연 층(5) 상에 배치되고, 상기 제2 기판 층(3')은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 제2 절연 층(5') 상에 배치됨 -
