Claims (10)
- 회로기판에 직접 장착되는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터로서,
상기 회로기판의 상면과 하면에 탄성적으로 접촉되는 한 쌍의 콘택부를 구비하고 상기 상면과 하면 중 적어도 한 곳에 배치된 도전 패턴들에 전기적으로 연결되는 터미널 부재들; 및
상기 터미널 부재들을 내부에 수용하고 상기 회로기판의 끝단 일측에 형성된 커넥터 접속부가 끼움 및 끼움 해제 가능하게 마련된 커넥터 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징을 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 하우징은 상판부와 하판부를 포함하며,
상기 상판부와 하판부는 상기 커넥터 접속부가 소정 깊이까지 끼워지도록 앞쪽 부분이 적어도 상기 회로기판의 두께만큼 상호 간 이격되고, 뒷쪽 부분은 하나의 몸체를 형성하도록 서로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 상판부와 하판부의 뒷쪽 부분에는 상기 터미널 부재들이 개별적으로 삽입되는 삽입공들이 마련된 것을 특징으로하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 하우징의 상판부는 2개로 분리된 제1 상판부와 제2 상판부를 구비하고, 상기 제1 상판부와 상기 제2 상판부 사이에 래치부가 마련되며
상기 래치부는 일단부에 상기 회로기판에 미리 구비된 체결홀에 걸림 결합 가능하게 마련된 후크를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 래치부는,
상기 제1 상판부와 제2 상판부 사이에 위치한 상기 하판부의 상면에 직교하게 돌출되는 축부; 및
상기 후크를 구비하고 상기 상판부와 나란하게 연장 형성되며 상기 축부를 기준으로 시소(seesaw)동작 가능하게 상기 축부에 연결된 래치판부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 하우징의 양쪽 측면에는 상기 커넥터 접속부 양쪽 옆에 이웃한 상기 회로기판의 끝단 부분이 억지 끼움되게 마련된 기판 홀딩리브가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 기판 홀딩리브는,
상기 상판부와 하판부의 뒷쪽 부분에 구비되고,
상기 회로기판의 두께보다 큰 폭으로 형성된 입구를 가지며, 상기 입구는 상기 회로기판의 끝단이 삽입되는 방향으로 갈수록 폭이 점진적으로 감소하게 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 터미널 부재들은, 각각
신호 전송 케이블과 결합되고 상기 삽입공에 끼워져 상기 커넥터 하우징의 뒷쪽 부분에 배치되는 터미널 바디부를 포함하고,
상기 한 쌍의 콘택부는, 상호 간 소정 간격 이격 배치되고 상기 터미널 바디에서 각각 연장 형성되어 상기 커넥터 하우징의 앞쪽 부분에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 터미널 바디부는,
상기 신호 전송 케이블이 접속되는 방향으로 연장 형성되는 수평 바디와, 상호 간 미리 결정된 간격을 두고 상기 수평 바디에 대해 같은 방향으로 직교하게 연장 형성된 한 쌍의 수직 바디를 포함하며,
상기 한 쌍의 수직 바디 사이에 형성된 공간에 위치하도록 상기 커넥터 하우징의 하판부에 형성되는 슬롯을 통해 상기 커넥터 하우징의 뒷쪽 부분에 수직하게 끼워지는 리테이너를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 하우징의 상판부는 소정 간격을 두고 2개로 분리된 제1 상판부와 제2 상판부를 구비하고,
상기 리테이너는, 상기 슬롯을 통과하여 상기 제1 상판부와 제2 상판부 사이에 위치한 상기 하판부의 상면에 걸림 결합 및 걸림 결합 해제되게 마련된 하우징 체결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 다이렉트 커넥터.
