상기 제1 금속(M) 함유 화합물은 황산망간, 질산망간, 염화망간, 불화망간, 황산코발트, 질산코발트, 염화코발트 및 불화코발트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인, 리튬이차전지용 니켈계 활물질 전구체의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 반응 혼합물의 pH는 10 내지 12인, 리튬이차전지용 니켈계 활물질 전구체의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 반응 혼합물의 교반동력은 0.5 내지 6 kW/m2인, 리튬이차전지용 니켈계 활물질 전구체의 제조방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 니켈계 활물질 전구체의 탭 밀도가 2.0 g/cc 이상인, 리튬이차전지용 니켈계 활물질 전구체의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 항의 리튬이차전지용 니켈계 활물질 전구체로부터 얻어진, 리튬이차전지용 니켈계 활물질.
- 제10항의 리튬이차전지용 니켈계 활물질을 포함하는 양극, 음극 및 이들 사이에 개재된 전해질을 포함하는, 리튬이차전지.
