Abstract
셀룰로오스 섬유는 셀룰로오스 섬유의 하이드록시기의 일부가 소정의 관능기로 치환되어 인산의 에스테르가 도입되면서, 카바메이트기로 치환되어 카바메이트가 도입되어 있다. 또한, 셀룰로오스 미세섬유의 제조 방법에 대해서는 셀룰로오스 섬유에 첨가물(A) 그리고 요소 및 요소 유도체 중 적어도 어느 하나로 이루어지는 첨가물(B)를 첨가하고, 100~210℃에서 가열하고, 세정한 후에 해섬하는 것으로 하며, 상기 첨가물(B)의 첨가량을 상기 첨가물(A) 1㏖에 대하여 0.01~100㏖로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 셀룰로오스 섬유의 하이드록시기의 일부가,
하기 구조식(1)에 나타내는 관능기로 치환되어 인옥소산의 에스테르가 도입되면서,
카바메이트기로 치환되어 카바메이트가 도입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 미세섬유.

구조식 1에서 a, b, m, n은 자연수이다.
A1, A2, …, An 및 A' 중 적어도 하나는 O-이며, 나머지는 R, OR, NHR, 및 없음 중 어느 하나이다. R은 수소 원자, 포화-직쇄상 탄화수소기, 포화-분기쇄상 탄화수소기, 포화-환상 탄화수소기, 불포화-직쇄상 탄화수소기, 불포화-분기쇄상 탄화수소기, 방향족기, 및 이들의 유도기 중 어느 하나이다. α는 유기물 또는 무기물로 이루어지는 양이온이다. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 카바메이트기의 치환도가 0.01~0.38인, 셀룰로오스 미세섬유. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구조식(1)로 나타내는 관능기의 치환도가 0.01~0.64인, 셀룰로오스 미세섬유. - 셀룰로오스 섬유에 첨가물(A) 그리고 요소 및 요소 유도체 중 적어도 어느 하나로 이루어지는 첨가물(B)를 첨가하고, 100~210℃에서 가열하고, 세정한 후에 해섬하는 것으로 하며,
상기 첨가물(B)의 첨가량을 상기 첨가물(A) 1㏖에 대하여 0.01~100㏖로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로오스 미세섬유의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 가열을 pH 3~12에서 실시하는, 셀룰로오스 미세섬유의 제조 방법.
