Claims (22)
- 건조 분말 혼합물이 제 1 롤 (2a) 및 제 2 롤 (2b)을 갖는 롤링 장치 (rolling device) 에 의해 드라이 필름 (3) 으로 가공되고,
상기 제 1 롤 (2a)은 상기 제 2 롤 (2b)보다 높은 회전 주변 속도를 가지고, 상기 드라이 필름 (3)은 상기 제 1 롤 (2a)상에 장착되는, 드라이 필름 (3)의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 롤 (2a)의 회전 주변 속도 대 상기 제 2 롤 (2b)의 회전 주변 속도의 비가 10 : 9 내지 10 : 1, 바람직하게는 10 : 7 내지 10 : 3, 특히 바람직하게는 2 : 1로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 롤링 장치는 캘린더 롤링 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
드라이 필름의 제조를 위해 비 유동성 분말 혼합물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제 1 롤 (2a)에는 접착력 향상 변형이 제공되고, 및 / 또는 제 2 롤 (2b)에는 접착력 감소 변형이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 드라이 필름 (3)은 기판 (4)에 적용되며, 적용을 위해 상기 기판 (4)은 바람직하게는 제 1 롤 (2a)의 회전 주변 속도에 대응하는 속도 대응하는 속도에 대응하는 속도로 이동되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 기판 (4)은 상기 드라이 필름 (3)이 상기 기판 (4) 상에 형성되는 동안 상기 제 1 롤 (2a) 위로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 드라이 필름 (3)은 상기 롤 사이의 닙 (nip)에서 작용하는, 100 N/cm 내지 10 kN/cm, 바람직하게는 400 N/cm의 선형 힘으로 상기 제 1 롤 (2a) 및 상기 제 2 롤 (2b)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
금속 재료로 구성된 기판 (4)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
각각의 표면 상에 드라이 필름 (3)을 적층하기 전에, 기판 (4)에 바람직하게는 열가소성 프라이머 및 / 또는 바람직하게는 열가소성 바인더가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
팽창된 금속, 금속 와이어 메쉬, 부직포, 구리 포일 또는 적용된 탄소 프라이머를 갖는 알루미늄 포일로 구성된 기판 (4)이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이 필름 (3)은 500㎛ 미만, 바람직하게는 300㎛ 미만, 특히 바람직하게는 150㎛ 미만의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리 테트라 플루오로 에틸렌, 도전성 첨가제, 다공성 카본, 전이 금속 산화물 및/또는 황을 포함하는 건조 분말 혼합물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
이방성으로 형성된 피브릴(fibril)을 갖는 드라이 필름 (3)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
드라이 필름 (3)의 구조화의 형성을 위해, 바람직하게는 스트립 형태 또는 직사각형의 형상으로, 그리고 특히 바람직하게는 코팅 방향으로 각 기판 표면 영역 상에 접착력 향상 프라이머 층으로 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 건조 분말 혼합물이 제 1 캘린더 롤 (2a)과 제 2 캘린더 롤 (2b) 사이에서 닙(nip) 내로 도입되고, 제 1 및 제 2 캘린더 롤 (2a 및 2b)은 제 1 캘린더 롤 (2a)이 제 2 캘린더 롤 (2b)보다 더 높은 회전 주변 속도를 갖도록 구성되거나 구동되고, 제 1 및 제 2 캘린더 롤 (2a 및 2b)은 각각 반대 회전 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 구현하기 위한 롤링 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 건조 분말 혼합물 외에, 기판 (4)이 상기 닙을 통해 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 장치. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
제 1 및 제 2 캘린더 롤 (2a 및 2b)을 포함하는 2 개의 캘린더 롤 쌍이, 두 개의 제 1 캘린더(2a) 사이에 형성되는 닙을 통해 마찬가지로 공급되는 기판(4)의 양면에 드라이 필름(3)이 제공되도록, 거울 대칭으로 나란히 배열되고, 상기 두 개의 제1 캘린더 롤(2a)이 반대 회전 방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링장치. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
회전축을 중심으로 회전하는 추가의 제 1 캘린더 롤 (2a)이 존재하고, 그 위에 상기 제 1 캘린더 롤 (2a)과 제 2 캘린더 롤 (2b) 사이에 형성된 드라이 필름이 닙으로부터 배출된 후에 권취될 수 있고, 2 개의 제 1 캘린더 롤 (2a)은 동일한 회전 주변 속도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링장치. - 상기 피브릴의 길이가 0.1㎛ 내지 1000㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 드라이 필름.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,
드라이 필름 (3)이 기판 (4)에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드라이 필름. - 제 20 항 또는 제 21 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 드라이 필름을 갖는 전기 화학 저장 소자 또는 전기 화학 변환기.
