Abstract
(해결 수단) 상기 과제를 해결하기 위해 이루어진 발명은, [A] 중합성기를 갖는 화합물, [B] 감광제, [C] 열 활성형 지연 형광 화합물을 함유하는 경화성 조성물이다.

Claims (11)
- [A] 중합성기를 갖는 화합물,
[B] 감광제,
[C] 열 활성형 지연 형광 화합물을 함유하는 경화성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 [C] 열 활성형 지연 형광 화합물이, 하기식 (1) 또는 식 (2)로 나타나는 화합물인 경화성 조성물:
(식 (1), 식 (2)에 있어서, R1 내지 R7의 적어도 1개는 수소 원자, 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기, 페닐기, 톨릴기, 나프틸기, 시아노기, 또는 하기식 (X)로 나타나는 기를 나타냄);
(식 (X)에 있어서, R21 내지 R28은, 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 치환기를 나타내고; 단, <A>나 <B>의 적어도 한쪽을 충족함:
<A> R25와 R26은 하나로 합쳐져 단결합을 형성함
<B> R27과 R28은, 하나로 합쳐져 치환 혹은 무치환의 벤젠환을 형성함). - 제2항에 있어서,
상기식 (X)가, 치환 혹은 무치환의 9-카르바졸릴기, 3,6-디(t-부틸)-9-카르바졸릴기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 1,2,3,4-테트라하이드로-9-카르바졸릴기, 치환 혹은 무치환의 1-인돌일기, 또는 치환 혹은 무치환의 디아릴아미노기를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 [A] 중합성기를 갖는 화합물의 중합성기가, 에폭시기, 비닐기, (메타)아크릴로일기로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 경화성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
추가로, [D] 바인더 수지를 포함하는 경화성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 [B] 감광제가, 산 발생제, 염기 발생제, 라디칼 중합 개시제로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 경화성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 [B] 감광제가 축합환을 포함하는 라디칼 중합 개시제인 경화성 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
[B] 감광제의 전체 함유량에 대하여, [C] 열 활성형 지연 형광 화합물의 함유량 비가, 0.01 내지 5의 범위에 있는 경화성 조성물. - 이하의 공정을 포함하는 경화막의 형성 방법:
(1) 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물의 도막을 기판 상에 형성하는 공정;
(2) 상기 도막을 노광하는 공정 또는, 80℃ 이상 150℃ 이하에서 가열하는 공정. - 제9항에 기재된 경화막의 형성 방법으로 얻어진 경화막.
- 제10항에 기재된 경화막을 갖는 표시 소자.
