Claims (15)
- 심장 보조 펌프(4)를 구동하기 위한 것으로서, 피부를 경유하는 구동축을 통하여 심장 보조 펌프(4)와 연결가능한 모터(35)를 포함하며,
환자의 피부와 접촉하도록 구성되는 접촉면을 포함하고, 상기 접촉면이 모터(35)에서 발생되는 열을 환자의 조직(45)으로 전달하기 위하여, 모터(35)와 열전달 가능하도록 연결되거나 연결가능하도록 구성되는 열분산기(19)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항에 있어서,
접촉면의 표면적이 적어도 25cm2, 바람직하게는 적어도 50cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
열분산기(19)가 적어도 부분적으로 유연한 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열분산기(19)가 호일 또는 패치인 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열분산기(19)는 열전도층(31)을 포함하며, 상기 열전도층(31)은 금속, 특히 구리, 알루미늄 및/또는 열분해 탄소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열분산기(19)는 생체친화성 코팅층(32)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열분산기(19)는 이를 피부에 부착하기 위한 접착면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열분산기(19)는 피부로부터 땀이 증발되도록 하는 개구부(40, 40') 또는 함몰부(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 개구부(40, 40')는 가늘고 길게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열분산기(19)는 땀흡수재, 특히 직물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 모터(35)는 회전자(36) 및 구동 샤프트(3)에 연결가능하고 회전가능하게 장착되는 회전자(36)를 포함하며,
상기 회전자(36)와 고정자(37) 사이에 유체 간극(43)이 형성되고, 상기 유체 간극(43)은 퍼지용 매체를 유체 간극(43)으로 주입하기 위한 퍼지 개구부(42)와 유체 내에서 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 유체 간극(43)의 폭은 최대 1mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,
