Abstract
구동 유닛(7)은 구동 샤프트(3)를 둘러싸는 카테터(2)와 퍼지용 매체를 카테터(2)의 내강으로 주입하거나 또는 카테터(2)와 구동 샤프트(3) 사이의 공간(41)으로 주입하기 위한 퍼지선(53)을 포함한다. 퍼지선(53)은 모터 본체(51)의 외면 및/또는 카테터(2) 기단부(52)의 외면과 열접촉(54, 55) 상태를 이룬다. 열접촉(54, 55)에 의하여 열은 카테터(2) 기단부(52)의 외면으로부터 및/또는 모터 본체(51)의 외면으로부터 퍼지용 매체로 전달될 수 있다.

Claims (19)
- 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프용 외부 구동 유닛(7)으로서,
모터 본체(51), 피부를 경유하는 구동 샤프트(3), 심장 보조 펌프(4)를 구동하기 위한 모터(35)를 포함하며,
상기 모터(35)는 구동 샤프트(3)를 통하여 심장 보조 펌프(4)와 연결가능하고, 상기 모터(35)는 모터 본체(51)의 내부에 배치되며,
상기 구동 유닛(7)은 구동 샤프트(3)를 둘러싸는 카테터(2), 카테터(2)의 내강 또는 카테터(2)와 구동 샤프트(3) 사이의 공간(41)으로 퍼지용 매체를 주입하기 위한 퍼지선(53)을 더 포함하고,
상기 퍼지선(53)은 모터 본체(51) 및/또는 카테터(2)의 기부 영역(52) 외면과 열접촉(54, 55)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프용 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선(53)은 퍼지용 매체를 안내하여, 먼저 모터 본체(51)의 외면 및/또는 카테터(2) 기부 영역(52)의 외면과 열접촉(55)하도록 하며, 이후에 상기 퍼지용 매체가 카테터(2)의 내강 또는 카테터(2)와 구동 샤프트(3) 사이의 공간(42)으로 주입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프용 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선(53)은 모터 본체(51)의 외면 및 카테터의 기부 영역(52)의 외면 모두와 열접촉(54, 55) 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선은 전반적으로 체외에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선(53)은 퍼지용 매체를 안내하도록 구성되되, 먼저 카테터(2) 기부 영역(52)의 외면과 열접촉(54)하도록 하며, 이후모터 본체(51)의 외면과 열접촉(55)하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 모터(35)는 고정자(37) 및 구동 샤프트(3)에 연결가능하고 회전가능하게 장착되는 회전자(36)를 포함하며, 상기 회전자(36)와 고정자(37) 사이에 유체 간극(43)이 형성되고, 상기 유체 간극(43)은 퍼지용 매체를 유체 간극(43)으로 주입하기 위한 퍼지 개구부(42)와 유체로 연결되며, 상기 퍼지선(53)은 퍼지 개구부와 연결되거나 연결가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선(53)과 유체 간극(43)은 퍼지용 매체를 안내하도록 구성되고, 퍼지용 매체가 먼저 모터 본체(51)의 외면 및/또는 카테터 기부 영역(52)의 외면과 열접촉(55)하도록 하며, 이후에 상기 퍼지용 매체가 회전자(36)와 고정자(37) 사이의 유체 간극(43)으로 주입되도록 하고, 이후에 카테터(2)의 내강 또는 카테터(2)와 구동 샤프트(3) 사이의 공간(41)으로 주입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선(53)은 퍼지용 매체가 기부 방향으로 흐르도록 하되, 퍼지용 매체가 카테터(2)의 내강 또는 카테터(2)와 구동 샤프트(3) 사이의 공간(41)으로 주입되기 이전에, 퍼지선(53)이 모터 본체(51) 및/또는 카테터(2)의 기부 영역(52)의 외면과 열접촉(55)하는 영역에 도달하도록 안내하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선(53)은, 상기 퍼지선(53)이 모터 본체(53) 및/또는 카테터(2)의 기부 영역(52)의 외면과 열접촉(55)하는 영역에서 모터 본체(51) 및/또는 카테터(2)의 기부 영역(52)을 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 퍼지선(53)은, 모터 본체(51) 및/또는 카테터(2)의 기부 영역(52)을 나선 형태로 돌면서 전개되어, 퍼지선이 모터 본체(51)의 외면 및/또는 카테터(2) 기부 영역(52)의 외면과 열접촉(55) 상태를 이루는 영역에 도달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제10항에 있어서,

환자의 피부와 접촉하도록 구성되는 접촉면을 포함하되, 상기 접촉면이 모터(35)에서 발생되는 열을 환자의 조직으로 전달하기 위하여, 모터(35)와 열전달 가능하도록 연결되거나 연결가능하도록 구성되는 열분산기(19)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프용 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 열분산기(19)가 적어도 부분적으로 유연한 것을 특징으로 하는 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프의 외부 구동 유닛(7). - 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항의 구동 유닛(7)과 이식 가능한 심장 보조 펌프(4)를 포함하는 심장 보조 장치(1).
