Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 힌지된(hinged) 죠들을 가지는 혈관 봉합 시스템(vessel sealing system)의 사시도(perspective view)이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 혈관 봉합 시스템을 위한 힌지된 죠의 사시도이다; 및
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 혈관 봉합 시스템을 위한 힌지된 죠의 분해도(exploded view)이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 혈관 봉합 시스템을 위한 힌지된 죠의 평면(top plan)이다; 및
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 혈관 봉합 시스템을 위한 힌지된 죠의 단면(cross-section)이다.
Claims (13)
- 혈관 봉합 장치(vessel sealing device)를 위한 죠(jaw) 조립체(assembly)에 있어서:
제1 및 제2 이격 분리된(spaced apart) 플랜지들(flanges)을 가지는 제1 죠 부재(first jaw member);
상기 제1 죠 부재의 상기 제1 및 제2 플랜지들 사이에 위치되고 상기 제1 및 제2 플랜지들에(thereto) 피봇식(pivotally)으로 연결된 단일(single) 제3 플랜지를 가지는 제2 죠 부재
를 포함하는 죠 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 죠 부재 및 상기 제2 죠 부재에 결합된(coupled) 구동 샤프트(drive shaft)를 더 포함하는
죠 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 구동 샤프트는 클레비스(clevis)에 의해 상기 제1 죠 부재 및 상기 제2 죠 부재에 결합되는
죠 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 클레비스는 상기 제1 및 제2 플랜지들에서 대응하는 제1 및 제2 캠 슬롯들(cam slots)에 의해 상기 제1 및 제2 플랜지들과 결합되는
죠 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 클레비스는 상기 제3 플랜지에서 제3 캠 슬롯에 의해 상기 제3 플랜지에 결합되는
죠 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서,
제1 죠 부재 및 상기 제2 죠 부재는 피봇 핀(pivot pin)에 의해 피봇식으로 연결되는
죠 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 피봇 핀은 상기 제2 죠 부재의 상기 제3 플랜지와 인접한 관계로(in abutting relation to) 위치되는 숄더(shoulder)를 가지는
죠 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 죠 부재들은 나이프 경로(knife pathway)를 정의하는(defining) 대응하는 제1 및 제2 슬롯들을 포함하는
죠 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 구동 샤프트로부터 상기 단일 제3 플랜지의 일 측(one side)으로 연장하는 나이프 블레이드(blade)를 더 포함하는
죠 조립체.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 나이프 경로는 상기 단일 제3 플랜지의 일 측에 위치된 상기 나이프 경로의 제1 단부(first end)로부터 안쪽으로(inwardly) 만곡(curves)하는
죠 조립체.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 구동 샤프트를 둘러싸고 상기 피봇 핀을 지지하는(supporting) 외부 샤프트(outer shaft)를 더 포함하는
죠 조립체.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 플랜지들 중 하나 및 상기 외부 샤프트 사이에서 연장하고, 제1 및 제2 전도성 면들(conductive faces)에 개별적으로 결합된 제1 및 제2 와이어들(wires)을 더 포함하는
죠 조립체.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 전도성 면들은 개별적으로 상기 제1 및 제2 죠 부재들에 의해 지지되고 상기 제1 및 제2 죠 부재들로부터 전기적으로(electrically) 분리되는(isolated)
