Claims (10)
- 흡입 압력실(9)로부터 나온 가스를 고압실(8) 내로 압축하는, 고정 나선(11) 및 궤도를 선회하는 나선(12)을 포함하는, 오일 재순환 유닛(2)을 구비한 나선형 압축기(1)로서, 역압실(10)은 상기 궤도를 선회하는 나선(12)에 연결되며, 상기 궤도를 선회하는 나선(12)을 상기 고정 나선(11)에 대해 가압하고, 상기 오일 재순환 유닛(2)은 오일 공급을 위해 단부면에서 연결된 고압 채널(5)을 구비한 역압 나선형 노즐(3), 및 상기 흡입 압력실(9) 내로 오일 배출을 위해 단부면에서 연결된 흡입 압력 채널(6)을 구비한 흡입 압력 나선형 노즐(4)을 포함하고, 상기 역압 나선형 노즐(3)과 상기 흡입 압력 나선형 노즐(4) 사이에, 상기 역압실(10) 내로 오일 배출을 위한 역압 채널(7)이 배치되는, 상기 나선형 압축기(1)에 있어서,
상기 역압 나선형 노즐(3)은 상기 고정 나선(11) 내의 원통형 공동부(21) 및 나선형 노즐 인서트(20)로 형성되고, 상기 흡입 압력 나선형 노즐(4)은 중간 하우징(18) 내의 원통형 공동부(22) 및 나선형 노즐 인서트(20)로 형성되고, 상기 고정 나선(11) 내의 상기 원통형 공동부(21)는 확대 영역(15)을 포함하고, 상기 확대 영역(15) 내에서 상기 나선형 노즐 인서트(20)는 상기 원통형 공동부(21)에 접촉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1). - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중간 하우징(18) 내의 상기 원통형 공동부(22)는 확대 영역(23)을 포함하고, 상기 확대 영역(23) 내에서 상기 나선형 노즐 인서트(20)는 상기 원통형 공동부(22)와 접촉하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 공동부(21, 22)는 상기 확대 영역(15, 23)에서 더 큰 직경을 가지므로, 상기 확대 영역(15, 23)에서 스로틀링이 이루어지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 공동부(21, 22)는 전체 길이에 걸쳐 일정한 직경을 갖고, 상기 확대 영역(15, 23)에서 상기 나선형 노즐 인서트(20)는 감소된 직경을 가지므로, 상기 확대 영역(15, 23)에서 스로틀링이 이루어지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고압 채널(5)은 상기 고압실(8)로부터 상기 역압 나선형 노즐(3)을 향해 각도(α)로 경사져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고압 채널(5)은 공급 보어로서 형성되고, 상기 공급 보어는 원통형 공동부(21)에 대해 동축인 중앙 보어(26) 및 이에 대해 축 방향으로 오프셋된 단차 보어(27)로 형성되며, 상기 단차 보어(27) 및 상기 중앙 보어(26)는 상기 고압실(8)로부터 상기 역압 나선형 노즐(3)을 향해 차례로 배치되고, 섹션을 갖도록 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 역압 나선형 노즐(3)과 상기 흡입 압력 나선형 노즐(4) 사이에, 유동 보어(17)를 구비한 마모판이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 역압 나선형 노즐(3)의 역압 스로틀링 영역(14) 전방에 유입 영역(13)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입 압력 나선형 노즐(4)의 흡입 압력 스로틀링 영역(24) 전방에, 상기 역압 채널(7)로의 분기를 가진 유입 영역(19)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 역압 스로틀링 영역(14) 후에 그리고 상기 흡입 압력 스로틀링 영역(24) 후에 수집 영역(16, 25)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나선형 압축기(1).
