Claims (13)
- 혼합물(5)을 탈기시키기 위한 압출기 시스템으로서,
제1 압출기(1); 상기 제1 압출기(1)의 하류에 배열된 제2 압출기(2); 및 상기 제1 압출기와 상기 제2 압출기 사이에 형성된 이송 구획(6)을 포함하되,
상기 제1 압출기(1)의 배출 시 상기 혼합물(5)의 압력을 조절할 수 있는 압력 제어 장치를 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 압력 제어 장치는 상기 제1 압출기(1)의 배출 시 상기 혼합물(5)의 압력이 상기 이송 구획(6)에 인접한 상기 제2 압출기(2)의 탈기 구획에서보다 더 큰 방식으로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이송 구획(6)을 통과한 상기 혼합물(5)의 표면을 증가시키기 위한 수단을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이송 구획(6)을 통해 안내되는 상기 혼합물(5)을 여러 부분 스트림으로 분할시키는 천공된 판(10)을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(5)은 상기 이송 구획에서 하나 이상의 슬롯 노즐을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 압출기(2)는 중력 방향과 관련하여 상기 제1 압출기(1) 위에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이송 구획(6)에 인접한 상기 제2 압출기(2)의 탈기 구획에서 중력 방향과 관련하여 탈기 출구(11)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 압출기(2)는 중력 방향과 관련하여 상기 제1 압출기(1) 아래에 배열되고, 상기 이송 구획에 인접한 상기 제2 압출기(2)의 탈기 구획에서 측면 또는 하향으로 이어지는 상기 탈기 출구가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물(5)의 배출을 위해 상기 이송 구획의 구역에 폐쇄 가능한 출구(13)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 출구(13)는 상기 압력 제어 장치에 의해 폐쇄될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 제어 장치는 슬라이드 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압출기(1)의 부피 단면적은 상기 제2 압출기(2)의 부피 단면적보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 압출기(1)의 압출기 스크류(3)는 상기 제2 압출기(2)의 압출기 스크류(4)보다 더 높은 각속도로 구동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출기 시스템.
