Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 제1 파트 및 제2 파트를 포함한 2개의 파트를 포함하는 조성물로서, 상기 제1 파트는
a) 이소시아네이트 관능기 및 주쇄에 소수성 분절의 잔기를 갖는 하나 이상의 프리폴리머를 포함하되, 상기 소수성 분절의 잔기는, 상기 프리폴리머로 제조된 폴리우레탄이 약 -35℃ 내지 약 85℃의 온도 범위에서 2개의 상을 나타내고/나타내거나, 50% 상대 습도의 23℃에서 7일 동안 경화시킨 후의 영률 대비 50% 상대 습도의 23℃에서 7일 동안 경화시키고 또한 7일 동안 습포 노출시킨 후 측정된 영률의 변화에 있어 25% 이하의 차이를 나타내기에 충분한 양으로 존재하며;
상기 제2 파트는
b) 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 하나 이상의 올리고머 또는 폴리머 화합물; 및
c) 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 하나 이상의 저분자량 화합물을 포함하되, 상기 저분자량 화합물 및 이러한 저분자량 화합물의 양은 완전 경화 후의 상기 조성물의 23℃에서 측정된 탄성률(예를 들어, 영률 또는 전단 저장 탄성률)에 대한 -35℃에서 측정된 탄성률의 비가 10 미만이 되도록 선택되는, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 분절은 상기 소수성 분절을 함유하는 폴리올로부터 유도되는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 분절은 상기 소수성 분절을 함유하는 폴리올로부터 유도되고, 상기 폴리올은 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머이고, 바람직하게 상기 호모폴리머는 하나 이상의 소수성 분절을 함유하고, 바람직하게 상기 코폴리머는 하나 이상의 소수성 분절 및 하나 이상의 친수성 분절을 함유하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 분절은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C4-8 알킬렌기 또는 소수성 에스테르기를 포함하고, 바람직하게 상기 소수성 분절은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 부틸렌기 또는 폴리부타디엔 분절을 포함하고, 더 바람직하게 상기 소수성 분절은 폴리부타디엔, 부탄 디올, 부틸렌 옥사이드, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 및 소수성 폴리에스테르 디올로부터 유도되는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 분절은 상기 프리폴리머의 약 4 중량% 내지 약 60 중량%를 차지하고, 바람직하게 상기 소수성 분절은 상기 프리폴리머의 약 5 중량% 내지 약 55 중량%를 차지하고, 훨씬 더 바람직하게 상기 소수성 분절은 상기 프리폴리머의 약 7 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%를 차지하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 관능성 프리폴리머는 소수성 분절을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리올 및 하나 이상의 친수성 분절을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리올로부터 유도되고, 바람직하게 상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 관능성 프리폴리머는 소수성 분절을 함유하는 약 20 중량% 내지 약 60 중량%의 하나 이상의 폴리올, 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 친수성 분절을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리올로부터 유도되고, 더 바람직하게 상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 관능성 프리폴리머는 소수성 분절을 함유하는 약 25 중량% 내지 약 55 중량%의 하나 이상의 폴리올, 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 친수성 분절을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리올로부터 유도되고, 훨씬 더 바람직하게 상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 관능성 프리폴리머는 소수성 분절을 함유하는 약 35 중량% 내지 약 55 중량%의 하나 이상의 폴리올, 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 친수성 분절을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리올로부터 유도되는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 관능성 프리폴리머의 주쇄는 하나 이상의 폴리올의 잔기를 함유하고, 이러한 폴리올의 약 20 중량% 내지 약 100 중량%는 소수성 분절을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리올이며 이러한 폴리올의 약 0 중량% 내지 약 80 중량%는 하나 이상의 친수성 분절을 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리올이고, 바람직하게 상기 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 관능성 프리폴리머의 주쇄에서의 폴리올의 잔기는 소수성 분절을 함유하는 100 중량%의 하나 이상의 폴리올인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주쇄에 소수성 분절을 함유하는 상기 하나 이상의 폴리올은 하나 이상의 폴리부타디엔 디올, 폴리부틸렌옥사이드 디올, 소수성 폴리에스테르 디올의 잔기를 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 상기 하나 이상의 저분자량 화합물은 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 하나 이상의 C4-8 알킬렌 화합물(바람직하게는 C4-5 알킬렌 화합물, 더 바람직하게는 C4 알킬렌 화합물)을 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 하나 이상의 저분자량 화합물 상의 상기 이소시아네이트 반응기는 하이드록실기를 포함하고, 바람직하게 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 상기 하나 이상의 저분자량 화합물은 상기 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 3 중량% 내지 약 12 중량% 이상의 양으로, 더 바람직하게는 상기 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 6 중량% 내지 약 10 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 관능기를 갖는 상기 하나 이상의 프리폴리머는 약 2.0 내지 약 3.0의 이소시아네이트 관능도, 바람직하게는 약 2.0 내지 약 2.7의 이소시아네이트 관능도, 더 바람직하게는 약 2.1 내지 약 2.7의 이소시아네이트 관능도를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 중량을 기준으로,
상기 제1 파트에
a) 이소시아네이트 관능기 및 주쇄에 소수성 분절의 잔기를 갖는 약 5 중량% 내지 약 40 중량%의 상기 하나 이상의 프리폴리머; 및
상기 제2 파트에
b) 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 약 25 중량% 내지 약 75 중량%의 상기 하나 이상의 올리고머 또는 폴리머 화합물; 및
c) 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 약 3 중량% 내지 약 12 중량%의 상기 하나 이상의 저분자량 화합물을 포함하는 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 중량을 기준으로,
상기 제1 파트에
a) 이소시아네이트 관능기 및 주쇄에 소수성 분절의 잔기를 갖는 약 0 중량% 내지 약 40 중량%의 상기 하나 이상의 프리폴리머; 및
상기 제2 파트에
b) 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 약 25 중량% 내지 약 75 중량%의 상기 하나 이상의 올리고머 또는 폴리머 화합물; 및
c) 1개 초과의 이소시아네이트 반응기를 갖는 약 6 중량% 내지 약 10 중량%의 상기 하나 이상의 저분자량 화합물을 포함하는 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 관능기와 이소시아네이트 반응기와의 반응에 촉매작용을 하는 하나 이상의 촉매를 함유하되, 선택적으로 상기 하나 이상의 촉매는 잠복 촉매를 포함하고, 선택적으로 상기 하나 이상의 촉매는 상기 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.01 중량% 이상 또는 약 0.1 중량% 이상, 및/또는 약 5.0 중량% 이하 또는 약 2.0 중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 파트 또는 두 파트 모두에 하나 이상의 충전제를 함유하고, 바람직하게는 하나의 파트 또는 두 파트 모두에 상기 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 25 중량% 내지 약 75 중량%의 양으로 하나 이상의 충전제를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 23℃ 및 50% 상대 습도에서 7일 동안 경화시킨 후 85℃에서 측정된 탄성률(예를 들어, 영률 또는 전단 저장 탄성률)이 약 35 MPa 이상, 바람직하게는 약 40 MPa 이상인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
i) 23℃ 및 50% 상대 습도에서 7일 동안 경화시킨 후 23℃와 85℃에서 측정된 탄성률(예를 들어, 영률 또는 전단 저장 탄성률)의 비가 약 10 이하, 바람직하게는 약 3 내지 약 7이고/이거나;
ii) 23℃ 및 50% 상대 습도에서 7일 동안 경화시킨 후 -35℃와 23℃에서 측정된 탄성률(예를 들어, 영률 또는 전단 저장 탄성률)의 비가 약 10 이하, 바람직하게는 약 3 내지 약 7인 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 50% 상대 습도의 23℃에서 7일 동안 경화시킨 후의 영률 대비 50% 상대 습도의 23℃에서 7일 동안 경화시키고 7일 동안 습포 노출시킨 후 측정된 영률의 변화가 25% 이하, 바람직하게는 20% 이하, 더 바람직하게는 15% 이하, 훨씬 더 바람직하게는 12% 이하인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 -30℃ 이하의 유리 전이 온도를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 33 이상, 바람직하게는 60 이상의 tan δ를 나타내는 조성물.
- 2개 이상의 기재를 서로 접합하는 방법으로서,
i) 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항의 제1 파트와 제2 파트를 접촉시켜 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
ii) 상기 혼합물을 하나 이상의 기재와 접촉시키는 단계;
iii) 상기 혼합물이 상기 기재 사이에 배치된 상태에서 상기 기재를 서로 접촉시키는 단계; 및
iv) 상기 기재가 서로 접합되도록 상기 혼합물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제21항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 경화는 상기 기재 및/또는 상기 혼합물이 사이에 배치된 상기 기재를 고온에 노출시킴으로써 가속화되는, 방법.
- a) 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물의 제1 파트와 제2 파트를 접촉시키고 혼합하여 균질 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;
b) 상기 혼합물을 제1 기재에 도포하는 단계;
c) 파트 a의 상기 혼합물이 상기 제1 기재와 제2 기재 사이에 배치된 상태에서 상기 제2 기재를 상기 제1 기재와 접촉시키는 단계(바람직하게 상기 기재들 중 적어도 하나는 섬유 강화 플라스틱 또는 코팅된 금속임); 및
d) 상기 제1 기재와 상기 제2 기재가 접합되어 상기 기재들이 이동될 수 있도록 상기 혼합물이 부분적으로 충분히 경화되는 조건하에서 상기 혼합물의 일부를 열에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하되, 바람직하게 상기 열은 단계 d에서 적외선 가열에 의해 가해지는, 방법. - 제23항에 있어서, e) 상기 혼합물을 완전히 경화시키는 온도와 시간으로 상기 두 기재를 가열하여 상기 두 기재를 서로 접합하는 단계를 포함하되, 바람직하게 단계 d와 단계 e 사이의 시간 프레임은 약 24시간 이상인, 방법.
