Claims (23)
- 특정 유체 성분을 선택적으로 투과시키는 분리막 시트로서,
제1 다공층과,
상기 제1 다공층 상에 적층되는 수지 조성물층을 포함하되,
상기 수지 조성물층은,
여과 잔사 분율이 20% 이상 90% 이하이며,
이온성기 또는 이의 염을 지니는 수지를 포함하고, 여과 잔사에 있어서의 건조 수지 1g당의 이온교환용량이 1m㏖당량 이상인, 분리막 시트. - 제1항에 있어서, 제2 다공층을 더 포함하는, 분리막 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 다공층은, 상기 수지 조성물층의 상기 제1 다공층과는 반대측에 적층되어 있는, 분리막 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이온성기는 산성을 나타내는 이온성기인, 분리막 시트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산성을 나타내는 이온성기는 카복실기인, 분리막 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 특정 유체 성분은 산성가스인, 분리막 시트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물층은 산성가스와 가역적으로 반응하는 물질을 더 포함하는, 분리막 시트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분리막 시트를 포함하는 분리막 요소(separation membrane element).
- 제8항에 있어서,
유공(有孔)의 중심관;
제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분리막 시트를 포함하는 요소용 적층체(element-use laminated body)를 더 포함하되,
상기 요소용 적층체는 상기 중심관에 권회되는, 분리막 요소. - 분리막 모듈로서,
제8항 또는 제9항에 기재된 분리막 요소를 적어도 1기;
상기 분리막 시트에 원료 유체를 공급하기 위한 원료 유체 공급구;
상기 분리막 시트를 투과하지 않은 원료 유체를 배출하기 위한 비투과 유체 배출구; 및
상기 분리막 시트를 투과한 상기 특정 유체 성분을 배출하기 위한 투과 유체 배출구를 포함하는, 분리막 모듈. - 제10항에 기재된 분리막 모듈을 적어도 1개 포함하는, 분리 장치.
- 수소 제조 장치로서,
제10항에 기재된 분리막 모듈을 적어도 1개 포함하되,
상기 원료 유체는 수소 및 이산화탄소를 포함하는 원료 가스이며,
상기 특정 유체 성분은 이산화탄소를 포함하는, 수소 제조 장치. - 특정 유체 성분을 선택적으로 투과시키는 분리막 시트의 제조 방법으로서,
제1 다공층 상에 수지 조성물층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하되,
상기 수지 조성물층을 형성하는 공정은, 상기 제1 다공층 상에 형성된 도포층에 대하여, 조사량이 10kGy 이상 1000kGy 미만인 전자선을 조사하는 공정을 포함하는, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물층은, 여과 잔사 분율이 20% 이상 90% 이하인, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물층을 형성하는 공정은, 상기 도포층의 상기 제1 다공층과는 반대측에 제2 다공층을 적층하여 적층체를 수득하는 공정을 더 포함하고,
상기 전자선을 조사하는 공정은, 상기 적층체가 지니는 상기 도포층에 대하여 전자선을 조사하는 공정인, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법. - 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물층은, 이온성기 또는 이의 염을 지니는 수지를 포함하고, 여과 잔사에 있어서의 건조 수지 1g당의 이온교환용량이 1m㏖당량 이상인, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 이온성기는 산성을 나타내는 이온성기인, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 산성을 나타내는 이온성기는 카복실기인, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도포층은 비가교형 중합체를 포함하는, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 도포층은 가교형 중합체를 더 포함하는, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 특정 유체 성분은 산성가스인, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 도포층은 산성가스와 가역적으로 반응하는 물질을 더 포함하는, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제13항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도포층에 조사하는 전자선의 조사량은, 전자선의 조사 횟수 및 조사 시간 중 적어도 한쪽에 의해서 조정되는, 분리막 시트의 제조 방법.
