Abstract
마찰재 조성물을 결합재, 유기 충전재, 무기 충전재, 및 섬유 기재를 함유하는 마찰재 조성물로서, 상기 마찰재 조성물 중의 구리의 함유량이 구리 원소로서 0.5질량% 이하 또는 함유하지 않으며, 상기 결합재로서 실리콘 고무 분산 페놀 수지를 5~10질량%, 상기 무기 충전재로서 산화지르코늄을 20~33질량%를 함유하는 것으로 한다.

Claims (7)
- 결합재, 유기 충전재, 무기 충전재, 및 섬유 기재를 함유하는 마찰재 조성물로서, 상기 마찰재 조성물 중의 구리의 함유량이, 구리 원소로서 0.5질량% 이하 또는 함유하지 않으며,
상기 결합재로서, 실리콘 고무 분산 페놀 수지를 5~10질량% 함유하고,
상기 무기 충전재로서, 산화지르코늄을 20~33질량%, 황산바륨을 7~13질량%, 금속황화물을 3질량% 이상 8질량% 미만 함유하는, 마찰재 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기 충전재로서, 마찰재 조성물 전체에 대하여 티탄산염을 10~30질량% 함유하는, 마찰재 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 고무 분산 페놀 수지에서의 실리콘 고무의 양은 3~10질량%인, 마찰재 조성물 - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 고무 분산 페놀 수지 중에 분산하는 실리콘 고무 입자의 크기는 50μm 이하인, 마찰재 조성물. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 고무 분산 페놀 수지 중에 분산하는 실리콘 고무 입자의 크기는 30μm 이하인, 마찰재 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 마찰재 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 마찰재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 마찰재 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 마찰재와 백 메탈을 이용하여 성형되는 마찰 부재.
