Description
Claims (15)
- 보린산, 보론산 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 붕산 유도체
실리콘 폴리머; 및
선택적인 분말을 포함하는, 취급 첨가제 조성물(handling additive composition). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 붕산 유도체는 페닐보론산, 4-플루오로페닐보론산, 3,4-디플루오로페닐보론산, 3,4,5-트리플루오로페닐보론산, n-부틸보론산, 2-티에닐보론산, 1,4-페닐렌디보론산, 비스(펜타플루오로페닐)보린산, 디페닐보린산, 디메시틸보린산, 비스(3,4-디메틸페닐)보린산, 보린산, B,B-비스(2,3,4,5,6-펜타플루오로페닐) 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 취급 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 폴리머는 폴리디메틸실록산, 알킬메틸폴리실록산, 알킬아릴폴리실록산, 하이드록시 관능성 실록산, 알콕시 관능성 실록산, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 취급 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분말은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 훈증 실리카, 카본블랙, 탄소 나노튜브, 다중벽 탄소 나노튜브(multiwalled carbon nanotube), 탄소 섬유, 그래핀, 나노 다이아몬드, 나노 점토, 흑연, 다당류 나노 화합물, 나노 셀룰로스, 셀룰로스 나노 위스커, 층상화된 실리케이트, 보에마이트(boehmite), 수산화인회석 충전제, 보강하는 섬유 예컨대 나일론, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리아미드, 유리 섬유, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 취급 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 취급 첨가제 조성물은:
5.0 내지 50.0 %wt.의 양의, 보린산, 보론산 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 붕산 유도체;
50.0 내지 95.0 %wt.의 양의 실리콘 폴리머; 및,
0.0 내지 30.0 %wt의 양의 선택적인 분말을 포함하는, 취급 조성물. - 취급 첨가제 조성물을 생산하는 방법으로서,
1) 제1항에 따른 성분을 제공하는 단계; 및
2) 이들을 임의의 순서로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 적어도 하나의 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 및 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 취급 첨가제 조성물을 포함하는 개질된 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스는 분자 당 실리콘 원자에 결합된 적어도 2개의 알케닐 기를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 오르가노폴리실록산을 포함하는, 개질된 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 내 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 취급 첨가제 조성물의 양은 상기 개질된 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 조성물의 총 중량의 0.01 wt.% 내지 10 wt.%의 범위일 수 있는, 개질된 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 조성물.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 개질된 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 및 과산화물 촉매 또는 경화 패키지를 포함하는 경화성 실리콘 탄성중합체 스톡 조성물.
- 개질된 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 조성물을 제공하는 방법으로서,
(i) 적어도 하나의 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스를 제공하는 단계; 및
(ii) 상기 베이스에 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 취급 첨가제 조성물을 부가하는 단계; 및
(iii) 혼합하는 단계를 적어도 포함하는, 방법. - 개질된 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 조성물을 제조하기 위한 제11항의 방법을 포함하는 실리콘 탄성중합체 스톡 조성물을 제공하는 방법으로서,
(iv) 단계 (ii) 이전, 이후, 또는 그 동안 베이스에 촉매/경화 패키지를 도입하고, 적절한 경우 단계 (iii)에 부가하여 혼합하는 추가적인 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제10항의 실리콘 탄성중합체 스톡 조성물로부터 경화된 물품 또는 복합 부품.
- 박벽 막, 스위치 커버, 불꽃-플러그 커넥터, 전기 절연체, 단일-와이어 씰, 플러그 커넥터 씰, 커넥터 씰 및 스파크 플러그 부츠, 전기 및 전자 부품, 터보충전 호스 및/또는 복사기의 롤로부터 선택되는, 제13항에 따른 물품 또는 복합 부품.
- 실리콘 탄성중합체 베이스 조성물/실리콘 탄성중합체 스톡 조성물용 취급 첨가제 조성물에서의 붕산 유도체의 용도로서, 상기 붕산 유도체는 보린산, 보론산 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 붕산 유도체의 용도.
