Description
도 2. 헬릭스 3에 시스테인을 갖는 Fc 결합 도메인의 고정화. 도 2a. 에폭시매트릭스에 대한 위치 43, 46, 47, 50 또는 58에서 시스테인을 갖는 IB14 단백질의 커플링 효율. Y축: 커플링된 단백질 양 (nmol/ml). 도 2b. 에폭시-활성화된 세파로스 6B 매트릭스에 대한 cs14 43C 및 cs14 46C의 커플링. Y축: n(단백질/ml 수지) (nmol)
도 3. 헬릭스 33에 시스테인을 갖는 Fc 결합 단백질의 가성 안정성. 도 3a. 위치 43, 46, 47, 50 또는 58에서 시스테인을 갖는 IB14의 알칼리성 안정성의 분석.
