Abstract
실시예는 형광체층 아래에 확산층을 형성함으로써, 낮은 농도의 형광체층에 빛이 확산되지 않는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (11)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 소정 간격으로 배치되는 복수의 광원;
상기 기판 및 광원 상에 배치되는 레진층;
상기 레진층 상에 배치되어 상기 레진층과 대면하는 면에 요와 철을 포함하는 패턴층이 형성된 형광체층; 및
상기 레진층과 상기 형광체층 사이에 배치되어 상기 패턴층과 대면하는 면에 복수의 패턴을 포함하는 확산층;을 포함하고,
상기 확산층의 두께는 상기 형광체층의 두께의 10% 내지 50% 미만인 조명 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확산층은 상기 레진층 상에 상기 기판의 수평 방향으로 이격 배치되고, 상기 형광체층은 상기 레진층 및 상기 확산층과 접촉되는 조명 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 확산층은 상기 레진층 상의 전체면에 배치된 제1 확산층과, 상기 제1 확산층 상에 상기 제1 확산층의 수평 방향으로 이격 배치되는 복수의 제2 확산층을 포함하고, 상기 제2 확산층은 상기 패턴층의 요에 배치되는 조명 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 확산층의 높이는 상기 레진층의 높이의 30% 미만인 조명 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 확산층의 아래에는 상기 제1 확산층의 수평 방향으로 이격 배치되는 복수의 제3 확산층을 포함하는 조명 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제3 확산층은 상기 제1 확산층 대응되는 상기 제1 확산층의 하부 영역에 배치되는 조명 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제3 확산층은 상기 제1 확산층과 수직으로 중첩되지 않도록 배치되는 조명 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 제1 확산층의 높이는 서로 상이한 높이를 가지는 조명 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제1 확산층은 단면이 다각, 반구, 계단형 또는 경사면을 포함하는 조명 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 제3 확산층의 높이는 서로 상이한 높이를 가지는 조명 장치. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 형광체층은 요가 형성된 영역의 제1 형광체층과 철이 형성된 영역의 제2 형광체층을 포함하는 조명 장치.
