도 1은 본원 발명의 실시예들에 따른, 예시적인 진공 툴의 평면도를 도시한다.
도 2는 본원 발명의 양태들에 따른, 도 1의 진공 툴의 단면선 3-3에 평행한 단면선을 따른 전방-대-후방(front-to-back)의 투시 단면도를 도시한다.
도 3은 본원 발명의 양태들에 따른, 도 1의 단면선 3-3을 따른 진공 툴의 전방-대-후방 도면을 도시한다.
도 4는 본원 발명의 양태들에 따른, 도 1의 단면선 3-3을 따라서 취한 진공 발생기의 확대도를 도시한다.
도 5는 본원 발명의 양태들에 따른, 복수의 구멍들로 이루어진 예시적인 플레이트를 도시한다.

Claims (18)
- 진공 분배기; 및
복수 개의 구멍을 포함하고, 상기 진공 분배기에 분리 가능하게 커플링되도록 되어 있는 전환 가능한 플레이트;
를 포함하고, 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트는 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분으로 구성되며,
상기 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분은 하나 이상의 접합부에 의해 구역화되고, 상기 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분의 전환 가능한 커플링을 허용하기 위해 상기 하나 이상의 접합부를 따라 커플링 메커니즘이 구현되는 것인, 픽업 툴. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트는 설부 및 홈(tongue-and-groove) 유지 메커니즘을 사용하여 분리 가능하게 커플링되는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트는 오목한 유지 메커니즘을 사용하여 분리 가능하게 커플링되는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트는 상기 오목한 유지 메커니즘이 연장되는 오목한 공동을 포함하는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트는 접착식 유지 메커니즘을 사용하여 분리 가능하게 커플링되는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접착식 유지 메커니즘은 자성재로 이루어지는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 접착식 유지 메커니즘은, 제1 상태에서 도포되고 제2 상태에서 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트를 상기 진공 분배기에 대해 유지하는 상태 변화 재료로 이루어지는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트는 외부에 배치되는 물리적 유지 메커니즘을 사용하여 분리 가능하게 커플링되는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전환 가능한 플레이트는, 상기 진공 분배기에 분리 가능하게 커플링될 때, 진공 분배 공동을 밀폐하는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분은 독립적으로 분리 가능한 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분 중 제1 플레이트 부분은 제1 구멍 구성을 포함하고, 상기 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분 중 제2 플레이트 부분은 제2 구멍 구성을 포함하는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 복수 개의 진공 분배기; 및
복수 개의 구멍 및 복수 개의 플레이트 부분을 갖는 플레이트
를 포함하고,
상기 복수 개의 플레이트 부분의 각각은 상기 복수 개의 진공 분배기 중 하나에 연관되며,
상기 플레이트 및 상기 복수 개의 플레이트 부분 중 적어도 하나는 분리 가능하게 커플링되도록 되어 있고,
상기 복수 개의 플레이트 부분은 하나 이상의 접합부에 의해 구역화되고, 상기 복수 개의 플레이트 부분의 전환 가능한 커플링을 허용하기 위해 상기 하나 이상의 접합부를 따라 커플링 메커니즘이 구현되는 것인, 픽업 툴. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 플레이트 부분 중 제1 플레이트 부분은 제1 구멍 구성을 포함하고, 상기 복수 개의 플레이트 부분 중 제2 플레이트 부분은 제2 구멍 구성을 포함하는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1 플레이트 부분과 상기 제2 플레이트 부분은, 구멍 크기 및 구멍 개수 중 적어도 하나에 있어 다른 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 설부 및 홈 유지 메커니즘을 사용하여 상기 복수 개의 진공 분배기에 분리 가능하게 커플링되는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 진공 분배기에 각각 커플링되는 복수 개의 진공 발생기를 더 포함하는 픽업 툴.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 플레이트는 강성인 외부 파트 접촉 표면을 포함하는 것인, 픽업 툴.
- 적어도 하나의 진공 분배기를 포함하는 픽업 툴 작동 방법에 있어서,
제1 플레이트를 상기 적어도 하나의 진공 분배기에 커플링하는 것;
상기 적어도 하나의 진공 분배기로부터 상기 제1 플레이트를 분리하는 것; 및
제2 플레이트를 상기 적어도 하나의 진공 분배기에 커플링하는 것,
을 포함하고, 상기 제1 플레이트 및 상기 제2 플레이트 중 적어도 하나는 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분을 포함하며,
상기 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분은 하나 이상의 접합부에 의해 구역화되고, 상기 2개 이상의 플레이트 부분의 전환 가능한 커플링을 허용하기 위해 상기 하나 이상의 접합부를 따라 커플링 메커니즘이 구현되는 것인, 적어도 하나의 진공 분배기를 포함하는 픽업 툴 작동 방법.
