Claims (10)
- 중량 몫으로 계산하여,
i)50~85중량몫의 폴리유산,
ii)8~35중량몫의 무기 충전재,
iii)0~8중량몫의 가소제 를 포함하고,
그중, 상기 폴리유산 복합재료의 단말 카르복실기 함량을 12~51 molKOH/t로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리유산 복합재료. - 상기 단말 카르복실기 함량의 측정방법: 질량비를 7:3으로 하는 o-클레졸과 트리클로로메탄 혼합액을 용매로 하고, 스위스 Metrohm-Titrino실리즈 자동 전위차 적정계로 단말 카르복실기 값을 측정하며, 측정방법은 FZ/T 50012-2006<폴리 에스테르중 단말 카르복실기 함유량 측정-적정분석법>을 적용하며, 단말 카르복실기 값은 소수점뒤 한자리수를 사사오입하는 방법으로 정수를 취하는 것을 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
- 상기 폴리유산 복합재료의 단말 산기의 함량을 18~41 molKOH/t로 하고, 더욱 바람직하게 28~36 molKOH/t로 하는 것을 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
- 60℃의 온습도 조건하에서, 30일간 측정한 질량 멜트 인덱스MFIt=30와 최초 질량 멜트 인덱스MFIt=0의비율은 아래 계산식을 만족하고:
3.5<η= MFIt=30/ MFIt=0<5.1;
바람직하게:3.9<η= MFIt=30/ MFIt=0<4.7;
더욱 바람직하게:4.2<η= MFIt=30/ MFIt=0<4.5;
상기 폴리유산 복합재료의 질량 멜트 인덱스 MFI는 ASTM D1238규격에 의해 측정하며, 측정조건을 190℃,2.16kg으로 하고, 단위를 g/10min로 하는 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료. - ISO 16929(2013)규격에 따라, 두께가 2,5mm 이하일 경우, 상기 폴리유산 복합재료가 12주를 경과한 후 생분해율이 90%이상에 달하는 것을 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
- 상기 무기 충전제는 활석분, 벤토나이트, 고령토, 백악, 탄산칼슘, 석고, 염화칼슘, 산화철, 백운석, 이산화규소, 규회석, 티타니아, 규산염, 운모중의 하나 또는 여러가지 혼합물인 것을 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
- 상기 실온 조건하에서 액체상태인 가소제는 글리세린, 폴리글리세린, 에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜-400, 폴리에틸렌글리콜-600, 폴리에틸렌글리콜-800, 에폭시 콩기름, 구연산 에스테르, 아세틸 구연산 에스테르, 트리아세틴, 디옥틸 아디페이트중의 하나 또는 여러가지 혼합물인 것을 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
- 상기 폴리유산 복합재료에는 또 0내지 10 중량몫의 인성 강화제가 포함되고, 상기 인성 강화제는 바람직하게 지방족 폴리에스테르 또는 지방족-방향족 공중합 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
- 상기 폴리유산 복합재료는 중량몫으로 계산하여, 또 0내지 4중량몫의 이형제, 표면활성제, 왁스, 정전기 방지제, 염료 또는 기타 플라스틱 등 기타 첨가제도 포함되는 것을 특징으로하는 청구항1에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
- 식기, 완구, 문구 등 사출형, 흡입형, 압출형 플라스틱 제품에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1-9중의 어느 한항에 기재된 폴리유산 복합재료.
