Description
Claims (30)
- 하기를 포함하는 다금속 물품의 표면을 처리하기 위한 시스템:
(a) 포스페이트 이온 및 아연 이온을 포함하고 플루오라이드를 실질적으로 미함유하는, 상기 표면의 적어도 일부에 접촉시키기 위한 제1 전환 조성물; 및
(b) 란타나이드 계열 금속 양이온 및 산화제를 포함하는, 상기 표면의 적어도 일부를 처리하기 위한 제2 전환 조성물; 및/또는
(c) 유기 포스페이트 화합물, 유기 포스포네이트 화합물 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 상기 표면의 적어도 일부를 처리하기 위한 제3 전환 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 전환 조성물에 접촉시키기 전에 표면의 적어도 일부에 접촉시키기 위한 활성화 세정제를 추가로 포함하는 시스템으로서, 상기 활성화 세정제가 10 μm 이하의 D90 입자 크기를 갖는 금속 포스페이트 입자의 분산액을 포함하되, 상기 금속 포스페이트가 2가 또는 3가 금속 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
금속 포스페이트 입자가 1 μm 이하의 D90 입자 크기를 갖는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 전환 조성물에 접촉시키기 전에 표면의 적어도 일부에 접촉시키기 위한 활성화 세정제를 추가로 포함하는 시스템으로서, 상기 활성화 세정제가 콜로이드성 티타늄-포스페이트 입자를 포함하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
란타나이드 계열 금속 양이온이 세륨, 프라세오디뮴 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
란타나이드 계열 금속 양이온이, 금속 양이온으로서 계산시, 제2 전환 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 50 내지 500 ppm의 양으로 제2 전환 조성물에 존재하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
제3 전환 조성물이 총 조성물을 기준으로 0.5 내지 15%의 고형분 함량을 갖는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
제3 전환 조성물이 3 내지 7의 pH를 갖는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
제3 전환 조성물이 전이 금속을 실질적으로 미함유하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
제3 전환 조성물이 제3 전환 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 50 내지 500 ppm의 양으로 존재하는 전이 금속 양이온을 포함하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
유기 포스페이트 화합물이 포스페이트화된 에폭시를 포함하는, 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
플루오라이드를 실질적으로 미함유하는 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
제2 전환 조성물 및/또는 제3 전환 조성물이 구리를 실질적으로 미함유하는, 시스템. - 제1항의 시스템으로 처리된 기판.
- 제14항에 있어서,
스펙트럼 성분을 제외하고 25 mm 애퍼쳐에 의해 측정시 3.09 미만의 b* 값을 갖는 기판. - 다금속 물품을 처리하는 방법으로서,
(d) 상기 물품의 표면의 적어도 일부를 포스페이트 이온 및 아연 이온을 포함하고 플루오라이드를 실질적으로 미함유하는 제1 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴; 및
(e) 상기 표면의 적어도 일부를 란타나이드 계열 금속 양이온 및 산화제를 포함하는 제2 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴; 및/또는
(f) 상기 표면의 적어도 일부를 유기 포스포네이트 화합물, 유기 포스페이트 화합물 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 제3 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴
을 포함하는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
제2 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴이 제1 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴 후에 발생하는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
제3 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴이 제1 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴 후에 발생하는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
표면을 제1 전환 조성물에 접촉시키기 전에 표면의 적어도 일부를 포스페이트 입자를 포함하는 활성화 세정제에 접촉시킴을 추가로 포함하는, 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
활성화 세정제가 10 μm 이하의 D90 입자 크기를 갖는 금속 포스페이트 입자의 분산액을 포함하되, 상기 금속 포스페이트가 2가 또는 3가 금속 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
기판이 제2 전환 조성물에 15초 내지 5분 동안 접촉되고/되거나 기판이 10 내지 30분 동안 130℃ 내지 220℃의 온도에서 가열되는, 방법. - 제16항에 있어서,
X-Met 7500(옥스포드 인스트루먼츠)을 사용하여 측정시(란타나이드에 대한 작동 파라미터: 60초 시간 조절 검정, 15 Kv, 45 μA, 필터 3, T(p) = 1.5 μs), 제2 전환 조성물에 접촉시킴이 제1 및 제2 전환 조성물에 접촉하지 않은 기판 표면보다 처리된 기판 표면 상에 100 카운트 이상 큰 란타나이드 계열 금속 양이온 수준을 야기하는, 방법. - 제16항의 방법으로 처리된 다금속 기판.
- 제23항에 있어서,
ASTM-B 368-09(구리 아세트산 염 분무, 240시간)에 따라 측정시, 제1 및 제2 전환 조성물로 처리된 기판이, 아연 포스페이트 및 유리 플루오라이드를 포함하는 조성물에 접촉된 기판과 비교하여, 유지된 기판 표면 상의 스크라이브 크립을 갖는, 기판. - 제23항에 있어서,
GMW 14782(30일 주기)에 따라 측정시, 제1 및 제2 전환 조성물로 처리된 기판이, 아연 포스페이트 및 유리 플루오라이드를 포함하는 조성물에 접촉된 기판과 비교하여, 유지된 기판 표면 상의 스크라이브 크립을 갖는, 기판. - 제23항에 있어서,
ASTM-B 368-09(구리 아세트산 염 분무, 240시간)에 따라 측정시, 제1 및 제2 전환 조성물로 처리된 기판이, 아연 포스페이트 및 유리 플루오라이드를 포함하는 조성물에 접촉된 기판과 비교하여, 기판 표면 상의 스크라이브 크립에서 2% 이상의 감소를 갖는, 기판. - 제23항에 있어서,
