Abstract
상기 마모 층상 부분은, A) 적어도 하나의 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 A로 형성된 구성층 A를 포함하고;
상기 장식 층상 부분은, B1) 프로필렌계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 B1로 형성된 구성층 B1, 및 B2) 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 B2로 형성된 구성층 B2를 포함하며;
상기 베이스 층상 부분은, C) 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 C로 형성된 구성층 C를 포함하고;
상기 방법은,
i) 온도 T1 ≤ 140℃에서, 구성층 B1에 구성층 A를 열 적층하는 단계로서, T1은 연속식 타일 제조의 경우에는 최고의 또는 동등한 표면 온도를 갖는 구성층의 표면에서의 온도이고, 회분식 타일 제조의 경우에는 상기 두 구성층 사이의 계면 온도인, 구성층 A를 열 적층하는 단계;
ii) 계면 온도 T2 ≤ 140℃에서, 구성층 C에 구성층 B2를 열 적층하는 단계로서, T2는 연속식 타일 제조의 경우에는 최고의 또는 동등한 표면 온도를 갖는 구성층의 표면에서의 온도이고, 회분식 타일 제조의 경우에는 상기 두 구성층 사이의 계면 온도인, 구성층 B2를 열 적층하는 단계를 포함한다.
Description
도 2는 장식 층상 부분을 도시한다. 도 3은 장식 층상 부분을 도시하며, 여기서 BOPP는 2개의 층을 갖는다. 도 4는 장식 층상 부분을 도시하며, 여기서 BOPP는 3개의 층을 갖는다. 도 5는 장식 층상 부분을 도시하며, 여기서 열밀봉성 올레핀계 필름은 단층 PE 필름이다. 도 6은 장식 층상 부분을 도시하며, 여기서 열밀봉성 올레핀계 필름은 2개의 층 (PE계)을 갖는다. 도 7은 장식 층상 부분을 도시하며, 여기서 열밀봉성 올레핀계 필름은 2개의 층 (PP계)을 갖는다. 도 8은 장식 층상 부분을 도시하며, 여기서 BOPP는 3개의 층을 갖고 열밀봉성 올레핀계 필름은 3개의 층 (PE계)을 갖는다. 도 9는 장식 층상 부분을 도시하며, 여기서 BOPP는 3개의 층을 갖고 열밀봉성 올레핀계 필름은 2개의 층 (PP계)을 갖는다.
도 10은 타일을 도시하며, 여기서 마모 층상 부분은 단층이고, 장식 층상 부분은 도 8에서와 동일하며, 베이스 층상 부분은 단층이다. 도 11은 타일을 도시하며, 여기서 마모 층상 부분은 2개의 층을 갖고, 장식 층상 부분은 도 8에서와 동일하며, 베이스 층상 부분은 단층이다. 도 12는 타일을 도시하며, 여기서 마모 층상 부분은 2개의 층을 갖고, 장식 층상 부분은 도 8에서와 동일하며, 베이스 층상 부분은 샌드위치 구조물 (POE계 층/유리 부직포/POE계 층)를 갖는다. 도 13은 타일을 도시하며, 여기서 마모 층상 부분은 2개의 층을 갖고, 장식 층상 부분은 도 8에서와 동일하며, 베이스 층상 부분은 샌드위치 구조물 (PP계 층/유리 부직포/PP계 층)를 갖는다. 도 14는 타일의 연속식 상업적 제조를 도시한다. 도 15는 베이스 층상 부분을 형성하기 위한 압출기를 사용하는, 타일의 연속식 상업적 제조를 도시한다. 도 16은 상이한 플레이트 온도들에서의 T1 프로파일을 도시한다. 도 17은 상이한 플레이트 온도들에서의 T2 프로파일을 도시한다. 도 18은 상이한 플레이트 온도들에서의 타일 적층 동안의 T1/T2 프로파일을 도시한다.

Claims (17)
- 적어도 다음의 층상 부분들(layered sections), 즉 마모 층상 부분, 장식 층상 부분 및 베이스 층상 부분을 포함하는 타일을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 마모 층상 부분은,
A) 적어도 하나의 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 A로 형성된 구성층 A를 포함하고;
상기 장식 층상 부분은,
B1) 프로필렌계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 B1로 형성된 구성층 B1, 및
B2) 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 B2로 형성된 구성층 B2를 포함하고;
상기 베이스 층상 부분은,
C) 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는 조성물 C로 형성된 구성층 C를 포함하며;
당해 방법은,
i) 온도 T1 ≤ 140℃에서, 구성층 B1에 구성층 A를 열 적층하는 단계로서,
T1은 연속식 타일 제조의 경우에는 최고의 또는 동등한 표면 온도를 갖는 구성층의 표면에서의 온도이고, 회분식 타일 제조의 경우에는 상기 두 구성층 사이의 계면 온도인, 구성층 A를 열 적층하는 단계; 및
ii) 온도 T2 ≤ 140℃에서, 구성층 C에 구성층 B2를 열 적층하는 단계로서,
T2는 연속식 타일 제조의 경우에는 최고의 또는 동등한 표면 온도를 갖는 구성층의 표면에서의 온도이고, 회분식 타일 제조의 경우에는 상기 두 구성층 사이의 계면 온도인, 구성층 B2를 열 적층하는 단계를 포함하는, 타일을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 B2의 올레핀계 중합체가 120℃ 미만의 Tm을 갖는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 B1의 프로필렌계 중합체가 프로필렌계 혼성 중합체인, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 B1은 조성물 B1의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 프로필렌계 중합체를 포함하는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 A의 올레핀계 중합체는 프로필렌계 중합체인, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 A는 조성물 A의 중량을 기준으로 90 중량% 이상의 올레핀계 중합체를 포함하는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타일은 타일의 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이하의 폴리우레탄을 포함하는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타일은 타일의 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 이하의 카르복실산 그래프트되고/거나 무수물 그래프트된 중합체를 포함하는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타일은 타일의 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 이하의 점착 부여제를 포함하는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타일은 타일의 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이하의 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체를 포함하는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타일은 2 mm 이상의 총 두께를 갖는, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 타일은 진공 성형 방법을 포함하지 않는, 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 당해 방법은 연속식 타일 제조인, 타일을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 형성된 타일.
- 제13항의 타일을 포함하는 바닥재 구조물.
- 제13항의 타일을 포함하는 지붕 재료 구조물.
- 제13항의 타일을 포함하는 건축 구조물.
