Claims (12)
- 50℃의 점도가 6000mPa·s 이하인 N,N,N',N'-테트라글리시딜디아미노디페닐메탄 수지 (A) 60 ~ 85질량부와, 25℃의 점도가 20000mPa·s 이하인 액상(液狀) 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지 (B) 15 ~ 40질량부로 구성되는 에폭시 수지 성분 100질량부에 대하여,
열가소성 수지 (C)를 8 ~ 15질량부,
평균 입자경이 1000nm 이하의 엘라스토머 미립자 (D)를 2 ~ 10질량부, 및
평균 입자경이 1000nm 이하의 실리카 미립자 (E)를 0.5 ~ 2.5질량부
함유하여 이루어지는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
70℃의 점도가 200Pa·s 이하이고, 또한 경화 과정에서의 최저 점도가 1Pa·s 이상의 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 (C)가 폴리에테르설폰인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 수지 (C)를 상기 (A) 성분 및/또는 상기 (B) 성분에 용해하여 이루어지는 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엘라스토머 미립자 (D)가 코어 쉘형 미립자인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
경화제 (F)를 더 포함하고, 상기 경화제 (F)가 디아미노디페닐술폰인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 N,N,N',N'-테트라글리시딜디아미노디페닐메탄 수지 (A)의 50℃의 점도가 3000 ~ 6000mPa·s인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 액상 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지 (B)의 25℃의 점도가 18000mPa·s 이하인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엘라스토머 미립자 (D)의 평균 입자경이 500nm 이하인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실리카 미립자 (E)의 평균 입자경이 5 ~ 100nm인 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 기재된 섬유 강화 복합 재료용 에폭시 수지 조성물을 매트릭스로 하고, 그것을 강화 섬유에 함침시켜 이루어지는, 프리프레그.
- 제11항에 기재된 프리프레그의 가열 경화체인, 섬유 강화 복합 재료.
