도 2는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 공정을 설명하는 도면이다.
도 3은 실시예 및 비교예에서 얻어진 아세틸기 함량이 상이한 폴리황산펜토산의 항IIa 활성 및 항Xa 활성을 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (15)
- 식물 유래 원료로부터 산성 자일로올리고당을 얻는 제1 공정과, 상기 산성 자일로올리고당으로부터 폴리황산펜토산을 얻는 제2 공정을 포함하며,
제1 공정은 상기 식물 유래 원료의 해중합 공정을 포함하고,
제2 공정은 상기 산성 자일로올리고당의 황산화 공정을 포함하며,
상기 해중합 공정보다 후 공정으로서 pH 11 이상으로 하기 위해 염기를 첨가하는 탈아세틸화 공정을 포함하는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탈아세틸화 공정에 있어서, 상기 산성 자일로올리고당을 포함하는 용액을 pH 11 이상으로 1시간 이상 교반하는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탈아세틸화 공정에 있어서, 상기 산성 자일로올리고당을 포함하는 용액을 pH 12 이상으로 0.5시간 이상 교반하는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 염기가 수산화나트륨인 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 해중합 공정이 비알칼리성 조건하에서 행해지는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 해중합 공정이 가열 처리 공정인 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 처리 공정이 비알칼리성 조건하에서 120℃ 이상으로 가열하는 공정인 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 식물 유래 원료가 목재 유래 원료인 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제1 공정과 제2 공정 사이에, 분자량 조정 공정을 추가로 포함하는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 분자량 조정 공정 후에, 분자량 조정 후 분리 정제 공정을 추가로 포함하는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
제2 공정이 상기 황산화 공정 후에, 황산화 후 정제 공정을 추가로 포함하는 폴리황산펜토산의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
