Claims (7)
- 우레탄 올리고머(Uretane Oligomer) 30 ~ 50 중량%와 아크릴레이트 모노머(Acrylate Monomer) 20 ~ 40 중량%, 광개시제 1 ~ 9 중량%, 메틸 에틸 케톤(Methyl Ethyl Ketone) 1 ~ 9 중량%, 에틸 아세테이트(Ethyl Acetate) 10 ~ 30중량% 를 포함하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 우레탄 올리고머(Uretane Oligomer)와 아크릴레이트 모노머(Acrylate Monomer)는 각각 다관능기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물의 점도는 25℃에서 10 ~ 500cps인 것을 특징으로 하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물 90 ~ 99중량%에 실란(Silane) 첨가제 1 ~ 10중량%를 더 포함하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물 90 ~ 99중량%에,
톨루엔(Toluene), 부틸레이티드 하이드록시톨루엔(Butylated Hydroxy Toluene), n- 뷰탄올(n-Butanol), 크실렌(xylene) 중 어느 하나 또는 하나 이상을 혼합한 주용제 90 ~ 99중량%와,
IPDA(Isophorone Diamine), 하이드라진(Hydrazine) 중 어느 하나의 증점 용질 1 ~ 10중량%를 포함하는 증점제 1 ~ 10중량%를 더 포함하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물.
- 유리(11)의 일면에 증착되는 반사막 층(12)과 상기 반사막 층(12) 상측에 코팅되는 보호 도료층(13)과 외주면에 면취 가공된 엣지부(14)를 포함하는 거울(10)의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물 코팅 방법에 있어서,
우레탄 올리고머(Uretane Oligomer) 30 ~ 50 중량%와 아크릴레이트 모노머(Acrylate Monomer) 20 ~ 40 중량%, 광개시제 1 ~ 9 중량%, 메틸 에틸 케톤(Methyl Ethyl Ketone) 1 ~ 9 중량%, 에틸 아세테이트(Ethyl Acetate) 10 ~ 30중량% 를 포함하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물을 상기 엣지부(14)와 상기 엣지부(14)로부터 상기 보호 도료층(13) 일부에 도포하여 엣지부 코팅층(15)를 형성하는 엣지부 도포 단계(S10); 및
상기 엣지 코팅부(15)에 자외선을 조사하여 경화시키는 경화 단계(S20);를 포함하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물 코팅 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 엣지부 도포 단계(S10)시 엣지 코팅부(15)의 두께가 20 ~ 40㎛이 되도록 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거울의 부식 방지용 도료 조성물 코팅 방법.
