Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 수소 함유 플루오린 고무와,
소정의 온도로 가열된 때에 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무를 가교시키는 열가교제와,
방사선이 조사된 때에 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무의 탄소-수소 간 결합이 절단되어 생성되는 탄소 라디칼에 결합하는 수소 자리 보호제
를 함유하는 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소 자리 보호제는, 분자 내에 상기 탄소 라디칼에 결합하는 알케닐기를 갖는 퍼플루오로 골격의 화합물, 및/또는, 분자 내에 상기 탄소 라디칼에 결합하는 알케닐기를 갖는 실록산 골격의 화합물을 포함하는 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수소 자리 보호제가, 분자 내에 알케닐기를 2개 이상 갖는 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 알케닐기가 비닐기인 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소 자리 보호제의 함유량이, 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무 100질량부에 대해 1질량부 이상 20질량부 이하인 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가교제가 퍼옥사이드를 포함하는 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 열가교제가 2,5-디메틸-2,5-디(t-부틸퍼옥시)헥산을 포함하는 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가교제의 함유량이, 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무 100질량부에 대해 0.5질량부 이상 2.5질량부 이하인 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소 자리 보호제의 함유량의 상기 열가교제의 함유량에 대한 비율이 2.5 이상 30 이하인 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무가 상기 열가교제에 의해 가교하는 때에, 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무의 분자 간에 개재하도록 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무와 결합하는 가교조제를 추가로 함유하는 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 가교조제가 트리알릴이소시아누레이트를 포함하는 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 가교조제의 함유량이, 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무 100질량부에 대해 1질량부 이상 10질량부 이하인 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 가교조제의 함유량의 상기 열가교제의 함유량에 대한 비율이 4.0 미만인 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
무기충전제의 함유량이, 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무 100질량부에 대해 5질량부 이하인 미가교 고무 조성물. - 제 1 항에 기재된 미가교 고무 조성물을 사용하여 제조되는 고무 제품으로서,
상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무가 상기 열가교제에 의해 가교함과 함께, 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무의 탄소-수소 간 결합이 절단된 후의 탄소에 상기 수소 자리 보호제가 결합한 고무 조성물로 형성되는 고무 제품. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 고무 제품이 시일재인 고무 제품. - 제 1 항에 기재된 미가교 고무 조성물을, 소정의 온도로 가열하여 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무를 상기 열가교제에 의해 가교시킨 후, 방사선을 조사하여 상기 수소 함유 플루오린 고무의 탄소-수소 간 결합을 절단하여 생성되는 탄소 라디칼에 상기 수소 자리 보호제를 결합시키는 고무 제품의 제조 방법.
