Claims (7)
- 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법에 있어서,
이소부틸렌(isobutylene)과 염소 가스를 반응시켜 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드를 제조하며, 여기에서 최종적인 염화 반응액을 원료로 사용하여, 순차적으로 tert-부틸클로라이드(tert-butylchloride) 분리 타워, 이소크로틸 클로라이드(isocrotyl chloride) 분리 타워, 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드 분리 타워의 3개 타워를 거쳐 연속 정류하여 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드 분리 타워 꼭대기로부터 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드를 수득하며; 여기에서 염화 반응액에는 주생성물 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드와 소량의 부산물인 tert-부틸클로라이드(tert-butylchloride), 이소크로틸 클로라이드(isocrotyl chloride), 1,2-디클로로 tert-부탄(1,2-dichloro tert-butane), 3,3'-디클로로 이소부틸렌(3,3'-dichloro isobutylene)이 함유되고;
상기 이소크로틸 클로라이드 분리 타워는 추출 정류 방법을 채택하며, 여기에서 추출제는 디할로겐화(dihalogenated), 트리할로겐화(trihalogenated), 테트라할로겐화(tetrahalogenated) 알케인(alkane) 또는 올레핀(olefin) 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 추출제는 1,1,2-트리클로로에탄(1,1,2-trichloroethane), 1,1,1,2-테트라 클로로에탄(1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane), 1,2-디클로로부탄(1,2-dichlorobutane), 1,2-디클로로 tert-부탄(1,2-dichloro tert-butane), 3,3'-디클로로이소부틸렌(3,3'-dichloro isobutylene) 중 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 추출제는 1,2-디클로로 tert-부탄 및/또는 3,3'-디클로로 이소부틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 추출제는 1,2-디클로로 tert-부탄과 3,3'-디클로로 이소부틸렌의 혼합물이며, 이들의 질량비는 (2-7):1인 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 추출제는 1,2-디클로로 tert-부탄과 3,3'-디클로로 이소부틸렌의 질량비는 바람직하게 (4-5):1인 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 추출제와 이소크로틸 클로라이드 분리 타워의 충전물 공급 질량비는 (1-3):1인 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드 분리 타워 반응기 중 고비점 액체는 순환되어 이소크로틸 클로라이드 분리 타워의 추출제로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고함량 2-메틸알릴 클로라이드의 제조 방법.
