Abstract
Description
도 2는 50℃에서 D2O 중 에스. 뉴모니아에 혈청형 24F로부터의 피막 폴리사카라이드의 600 MHz 1차원 1H NMR 스펙트럼을 도시한다. 내부 표준 (DMSO 및 DSS-d6), 잔류 물 (HOD) 및 정제 공정으로부터의 다른 잔류 성분; 에탄올 (EtOH), 이소프로판올 (IPA) 및 아세테이트로부터 발생하는 신호가 표시되어 있다. *로 표시되는 부차적 신호는 에스. 뉴모니아에 세포벽 잔류물, 예컨대 C-폴리사카라이드 및/또는 펩티도글리칸으로 인한 것이다.
