도 3은 슬래그 중의 염기도와 크롬산 및 인산의 농도의 관계를 나타내는 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- P 농도가 2 내지 4질량%이고, 또한 Cr 농도가 0.3 내지 1.2질량%의 용선에 대해,
슬래그의 염기도(CaO질량%)/(SiO2질량%)를 0.1 초과 1 이하로 조정하고, 용선 온도가 1250 내지 1500℃인 범위에서 산소원을 공급함으로써 탈크롬 처리를 실시하고, P 농도가 1.9 내지 3.8질량%이고, 또한 Cr 농도가 0.2질량% 미만인 용선을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈크롬 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 플럭스의 첨가량을 25kg/t 이하로 하여 상기 슬래그의 염기도를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈크롬 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 P 농도가 2 내지 4질량%이고, 또한 Cr 농도가 0.3 내지 1.2질량%의 용선은, 고로에서 제조한 용선을 탈인하여 얻어진 제강 슬래그를 출발 원료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈크롬 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 용선의 탈크롬 방법에 의해 얻어진 용선에 대해, 탈인 처리 및 냉각을 추가로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산 비료 원료의 제조 방법.
