Claims (26)
- 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자와, 분산제와, 아미노기를 갖는 금속 커플링제와, 점착제와, 가교제를 함유하는 점착제층이며,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 격자 상수가, a축은 7.3850Å 이상 7.4186Å 이하, c축은 7.5600Å 이상 7.6240Å 이하이고,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 평균 입자경이 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 격자 상수가, a축은 7.4031Å 이상 7.4111Å 이하, c축은 7.5891Å 이상 7.6240Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가, 일반식 MxWyOz(단, M 원소는, H, He, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi, I, Yb 내에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.0≤z/y≤3.0)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 텅스텐 산화물의 미립자인, 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가 육방정의 결정 구조의 복합 텅스텐 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 평균 입자경이, 10nm 이상 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 결정자 직경이, 10nm 이상 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 표면의 적어도 일부가, Si, Ti, Zr, Al로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류 이상의 원소를 함유하는 표면 피복막에 의해, 피복되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 표면 피복막이, 산소 원자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자 100질량부에 대하여, 상기 아미노기를 갖는 금속 커플링제를 1질량부 이상 100질량부 이하의 비율로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아미노기를 갖는 금속 커플링제가, 아미노기를 갖는 실란 커플링제인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아미노기를 갖는 금속 커플링제가, 아미노기를 갖는 티타네이트계 커플링제인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 점착제가, 아크릴계 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가, 고분자 분산제인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로, 자외선 흡수제, HALS, 산화 방지제로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제층.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착제층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 필름.
- 투명 필름의 한쪽 면측에, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착제층이 배치되고,
상기 투명 필름의 다른 쪽 면측에, 하드 코트층이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 근적외선 흡수 필름. - 복수매의 투명 필름과,
제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착제층을 갖고,
상기 복수매의 상기 투명 필름의 사이에, 상기 점착제층이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체. - 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 점착제층의 한쪽 면에, 유리판이 배치되고,
상기 점착제층의 다른 쪽 면에, 투명 필름이 배치되고,
상기 투명 필름의 다른 쪽 면에, 하드 코트층이 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 구조체. - 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자와, 분산제와, 아미노기를 갖는 금속 커플링제와, 유기 용제와, 점착제와, 가교제를 함유하는 점착제 조성물이며,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 격자 상수가, a축은 7.3850Å 이상 7.4186Å 이하, c축은 7.5600Å 이상 7.6240Å 이하이고,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 평균 입자경이 100nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물. - 제19항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 격자 상수가, a축이 7.4031Å 이상 7.4111Å 이하, c축이 7.5891Å 이상 7.6240Å 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 추가로, 자외선 흡수제, HALS, 산화 방지제로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물.
- 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자와, 분산제와, 아미노기를 갖는 금속 커플링제와, 유기 용제와, 점착제와, 가교제를 함유하는 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법이며,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자를, 그의 격자 상수가 a축은 7.3850Å 이상 7.4186Å 이하, c축은 7.5600Å 이상 7.6240Å 이하의 범위가 되도록 열처리하여 분쇄하여 제조하고,
상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자에 있어서 상기 격자 상수의 범위를 유지하면서, 상기 분산제와, 상기 아미노기를 갖는 금속 커플링제와, 상기 유기 용제와, 상기 점착제와, 상기 가교제를 혼합하여 점착제 조성물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제22항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자가, MxWyOz로 표기되는 육방정의 결정 구조를 포함하는 복합 텅스텐 산화물(단, M은, H, He, 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 희토류 원소, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo, Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi, I, Yb 중에서 선택되는 1종류 이상의 원소, W는 텅스텐, O는 산소, 0.001≤x/y≤1, 2.2≤z/y≤3.0)의 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제22항 또는 제23항에 있어서, 상기 복합 텅스텐 산화물 미립자의 표면의 적어도 일부를, Si, Ti, Al, Zr로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는 표면 피복막에 의해 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 표면 피복막이, 산소 원자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제22항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로, 자외선 흡수제, HALS, 산화 방지제로부터 선택되는 1종류 이상을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점착제 조성물의 제조 방법.
