Claims (11)
- 브레이크 디스크가 자신의 하나 이상의 브레이크 경로에, 상기 브레이크 경로의 표면에 걸쳐 분포된 복수의 함몰부를 구비하는, 경금속 및 그에 작용하는 하나 이상의 브레이크 라이닝으로 이루어진 브레이크 디스크를 구비하는, 디스크 브레이크에 있어서,
상기 브레이크 디스크가 13 내지 21 중량%의 실리콘 비율 및 0.3 중량% 구리의 최대 비율을 갖는 과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금으로부터 형성되며, 브레이크 라이닝이 NAO-마찰 재료를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금이
13 내지 21 중량%의 실리콘,
0.2 내지 0.7 중량%의 마그네슘,
최대 0.001 중량%의 스트론튬,
최대 0.2 중량%의 철,
0.06 내지 0.1 중량%의 티타늄,
최대 0.3 중량%의 구리, 및
나머지 알루미늄을 구성 성분으로서 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항에 있어서,
과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금이
16 내지 20 중량%의 실리콘,
0.2 내지 0.7 중량%의 마그네슘,
최대 0.001 중량%의 스트론튬,
최대 0.2 중량%의 철,
0.06 내지 0.1 중량%의 티타늄,
최대 0.3 중량%의 구리, 및
나머지 알루미늄을 구성 성분으로서 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금의 실리콘 입자가 30 내지 100 ㎛의, 바람직하게는 30 내지 50 ㎛의, 더욱 바람직하게는 최대 50 ㎛의 1차 실리콘 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금에 AlCuP-원소가 첨가됨으로써, 결과적으로 15 내지 30 ppm의 인 비율이 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
브레이크 디스크가 일체형으로 제조되며, 바람직하게는 일체형으로 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
브레이크 디스크가 저압 캐스팅 공정에 의해서 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제7항에 있어서,
캐스팅 몰드가 가열되고 절연된 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
브레이크 디스크가 캐스팅 과정 후에 하드-아노다이징 되거나 레이저 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
NAO-마찰 재료는 석면이 없고, 구리가 없거나 구리를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 디스크 브레이크. - 마찰 공학적인 시스템의, 다시 말해 디스크 브레이크의 구성 부품으로서의 브레이크 디스크를 제조하기 위해 사용되는, 과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금의 용도로서,
브레이크 디스크 상에 브레이크 경로가 배열되어 있고, 상기 브레이크 경로 상에 복수의 함몰부가 배열되어 있으며, 상기 브레이크 경로에는 NAO-마찰 재료를 구비하는 브레이크 라이닝이 작용하며, 과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금이 13 내지 21 중량%의 실리콘 비율 및 0.3 중량% 구리의 최대 비율을 갖는, 과공정 알루미늄-실리콘 합금의 용도.
