Claims (18)
- 관형 용접 와이어로서,
외피 및 코어를 포함하며,
상기 코어는 합쳐서 코어의 0.01 중량% 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 탄소 소스 및 칼륨 소스를 포함하며,
상기 탄소 소스는 카본 블랙, 램프 블랙(lamp black), 탄소 나노튜브 및 다이아몬드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고,
상기 관형 용접 와이어는 망간 아황산염, 몰리브덴 이황화물, 석고, 황산칼슘, 황산바륨 또는 황철석을 포함하는 황 소스를 포함하며,
상기 코어는 지르코늄, 지르코늄 규소화물, 니켈 지르코늄, 및 지르코늄의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 지르코늄 소스를 더 포함하고,
상기 코어는 희토류 규화물을 더 포함하는 것인 관형 용접 와이어. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼륨 소스는 규산칼륨, 티탄산칼륨, 알긴산칼륨, 탄산칼륨, 플루오르화칼륨, 인산칼륨, 황화칼륨, 수산화칼륨, 산화칼륨, 과망간산칼륨, 규소플루오르화칼륨(potassium silicofluoride), 칼륨 장석, 몰리브덴산칼륨, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 관형 용접 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 소스 및 칼륨 소스는 합쳐서 코어의 0.1 중량% 내지 3 중량%로 포함하는 것인 관형 용접 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 소스 및 칼륨 소스는 합쳐서 코어의 0.01 중량% 내지 8 중량%로 포함하는 것인 관형 용접 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 소스 및 칼륨 소스는 합쳐서 코어의 0.05 중량% 내지 5 중량%로 포함하는 것인 관형 용접 와이어.
- 용접 방법으로서,
용접 와이어 전극을 용접 장치에 공급하는 단계와,
상기 용접 와이어 전극과 코팅된 금속 작업편 사이에 용접 아크를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며, 상기 용접 와이어 전극은 코어 및 외피를 포함하며,
상기 코어는 합쳐서 코어의 0.01 중량% 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 탄소 소스 및 칼륨 소스를 포함하고,
상기 탄소 소스는 카본 블랙, 램프 블랙(lamp black), 탄소 나노튜브 및 다이아몬드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고,
상기 용접 와이어 전극은 망간 아황산염, 몰리브덴 이황화물, 석고, 황산칼슘, 황산바륨 또는 황철석을 포함하는 황 소스를 포함하며,
상기 코어는 지르코늄, 지르코늄 규소화물, 니켈 지르코늄, 및 지르코늄의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 지르코늄 소스를 더 포함하고,
상기 코어는 희토류 규화물을 더 포함하는 것인 용접 방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 차폐 가스 흐름을 상기 용접 아크에 근접하게 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 차폐 가스 흐름은 아르곤, 이산화탄소, 산소, 질소, 헬륨, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 용접 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 금속 작업편은 아연 도금된(galvanized) 또는 갈바닐링된(galvanealed) 작업편를 포함하는 것인 용접 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 금속 작업편은 페인팅된, 도금된, 크롬 처리된, 알루미늄 도금된, 아질산염-코팅된, 또는 이들의 조합으로 형성된 금속 작업편을 포함하는 것인 용접 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 칼륨 소스는 규산칼륨, 티탄산칼륨, 알긴산칼륨, 탄산칼륨, 플루오르화칼륨, 인산칼륨, 황화칼륨, 수산화칼륨, 산화칼륨, 과망간산칼륨, 규소플루오르화칼륨, 칼륨 장석, 칼륨 몰리브덴광, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 용접 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 추가적인 안정제를 더 포함하고, 상기 추가적인 안정제는 자철석, 황철석, 티타늄, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 용접 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 작업편은 16 게이지 두께 이하를 포함하는 것인 용접 방법.
- 용접 시스템으로서,
용접 와이어 전극을 수용하도록 구성되는 용접 토치를 포함하며,
상기 용접 와이어 전극은 합쳐서 용접 와이어 전극의 0.01 중량% 내지 10 중량%를 포함하는 탄소 소스 및 금속 소스를 포함하며, 상기 탄소 소스는 카본 블랙, 램프 블랙(lamp black), 탄소 나노튜브 및 다이아몬드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고,
상기 금속 소스는 알칼리 금속 소스, 알칼리성 토류 금속 소스, 또는 이들의 임의의 조합물을 포함하며,
상기 용접 와이어 전극은 망간 아황산염, 몰리브덴 이황화물, 석고, 황산칼슘, 황산바륨 또는 황철석을 포함하는 황 소스를 포함하고,
상기 용접 토치는 용접 와이어 전극과 작업편 사이에 아크를 유지시키면서 용접 와이어 전극을 원하는 패턴으로 주기적으로 이동시키도록 구성되며,
상기 용접 와이어 전극은 코어 및 외피를 포함하고,
상기 코어는 지르코늄, 지르코늄 규소화물, 니켈 지르코늄, 및 지르코늄의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 지르코늄 소스를 더 포함하며,
상기 코어는 희토류 규화물을 더 포함하는 것인 용접 시스템. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 용접 시스템은 직류 전극 포지티브(DCEP), 직류(DC) 가변 극성, 펄스형 DC, 밸런싱된 교류(AC), 및 언밸런싱된 AC로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 전력 구성을 이용하여 용접하도록 구성되는 것인 용접 시스템.

- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리성 토류 금속 소스는 알칼리성 토류 금속 규산염, 알칼리성 토류 금속 티탄산염, 알칼리성 토류 금속 알긴산염, 알칼리성 토류 금속 탄산염, 알칼리성 토류 금속 할로겐화물, 알칼리성 토류 금속 인산염, 알칼리성 토류 금속 황화물, 알칼리성 토류 금속 수산화물, 알칼리성 토류 금속 산화물, 알칼리성 토류 금속 과망간산염, 알칼리성 토류 금속 장석, 알칼리성 토류 금속 폴루사이트, 알칼리성 토류 금속 몰리브덴산염, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 용접 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 용접 시스템은 아연 도금된, 페인팅된, 도금된, 크롬 처리된, 또는 알루미늄 도금된 작업편을 용접하도록 구성되는 것인 용접 시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 용접 토치에 차폐 가스를 공급하도록 구성되는 가스 공급 시스템을 더 포함하며, 상기 차폐 가스의 흐름은 아르곤, 이산화탄소, 산소, 질소, 헬륨, 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 것인 용접 시스템.
