Description
Claims (15)
- 전처리 단계 및 후속 코팅을 포함하는, 알루미늄으로부터 제조된 성분의 방식 (anti-corrosion) 처리 방법으로서, 전처리 단계에서, 성분이 먼저, 1 내지 2.5 의 pH, 적어도 5 포인트의 유리 산 함량을 갖고, 적어도 하나의 원소 Ti 의 수용성 화합물, 플루오라이드 이온의 공급원 및 적어도 하나의 폴리염기성 α-히드록시카르복실산을 함유하는 무-포스페이트 황산 산세 (pickling) 수용액과 접촉된 다음, 1 내지 3.5 의 pH 를 갖고, 적어도 하나의 원소 Zr 및/또는 Ti 의 수용성 화합물을 함유하는 전환 처리 수용액과 접촉되는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산세 용액에서의 α-히드록시카르복실산의 비율이 적어도 0.1 g/kg, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.5 g/kg, 특히 바람직하게는 적어도 1 g/kg, 그러나 바람직하게는 4 g/kg 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 2 g/kg 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 산세 용액에서의 α-히드록시카르복실산이 시트르산 및/또는 타르타르산, 바람직하게는 시트르산으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산세 용액에서의 원소 Ti 의 수용성 화합물의 비율이 각각의 경우 원소 Ti 를 기준으로 적어도 0.04 g/kg, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.1 g/kg, 그러나 바람직하게는 0.6 g/kg 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 0.3 g/kg 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산세 용액이 2 미만의 pH 를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산세 용액이 적어도 6 포인트, 그러나 바람직하게는 10 이하의 유리 산 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산세 용액이 적어도 12 포인트, 그러나 바람직하게는 18 포인트 이하의 전체 산 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전환 처리 용액에서의 원소 Zr 및/또는 Ti 의 수용성 화합물의 비율이 적어도 0.1 mmol/kg, 바람직하게는 적어도 0.5 mmol/kg, 그러나 바람직하게는 5 mmol/kg 이하, 특히 바람직하게는 3 mmol/kg 이하인 (각각의 경우 원소 Zr 및/또는 Ti 의 상응하는 양으로서 계산됨) 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원소 Zr 및/또는 Ti 의 수용성 화합물이 원소 Zr 의 수용성 화합물로부터 선택되고, 이는 바람직하게는 헥사플루오로지르콘산 및 이의 염으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접촉된 성분의 표면의 1 제곱미터 당 적어도 2 mg 의 알루미늄을 산세하고, 바람직하게는 또한 접촉된 성분의 표면 상의 1 제곱미터 당 적어도 4 mg 의 티타늄의 코팅 층을 적어도 제조하도록, 성분이 충분히 길게 산세 용액과 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산세 용액과 접촉되기 전, 성분이 바람직하게는 9 초과, 그러나 바람직하게는 12 미만의 pH 및 적어도 3 포인트, 그러나 바람직하게는 6 포인트 미만의 유리 알칼리도를 갖고, 임의로 바람직하게는 비이온성 계면활성제로부터 선택되는 표면-활성 화합물을 함유하는 알칼리성 수성 조성물과 접촉시킴으로써, 알칼리성 탈지 (degreasing) 를 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 알칼리성 탈지 후 및 산세 용액과의 접촉 전, 헹굼 단계 (그러나 바람직하게는 건조 단계가 아닌) 를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산세 용액과의 접촉 후 및 전환 처리 용액과의 접촉 전, 헹굼 단계 (그러나 바람직하게는 건조 단계가 아닌) 를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전환 처리 용액과의 접촉 후 및 코팅 전, 헹굼 단계를 수행하고, 코팅되기 직전에 바람직하게는 또한 건조 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분이 후속 코팅 중 분말 코팅으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방식 처리 방법.
