Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- i) 하기 성분들을 포함하는 소결 분말(SP) 층을 제공하는 단계:
(A) 하나 이상의 반-결정성(semicrystalline) 폴리아미드;
(B) 하나 이상의 비정질(amorphous) 폴리아미드; 및
(C) 하나 이상의 근적외선 반사제(near infrared reflector), 및
ii) 단계 i)에서 제공된 소결 분말(SP)의 층을 노출시키는 단계
를 포함하는, 성형체(shaped body)의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
성분 (C)가 780 nm 내지 2.5 ㎛ 범위의 파장을 갖는 복사선을 60% 이상의 정도로 반사시키는, 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
성분 (C)가 근적외선-반사성 안료로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 ii)에서의 노출은 레이저 및 적외선 공급원으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 복사선 공급원으로 수행되는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
소결 분말(SP)이, 각 경우에 소결 분말(SP)의 총 중량을 기준으로, 50 내지 94.95 중량%의 성분 (A), 5 내지 40 중량%의 성분 (B) 및 0.05 중량% 내지 10 중량%의 성분 (C)를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
성분 (A)가 PA 4, PA 6, PA 7, PA 8, PA 9, PA 11, PA 12, PA 46, PA 66, PA 69, PA 6.10, PA 6.12, PA 6.13, PA 6/6.36, PA 12.12, PA 13.13, PA 6T, PA6T/6, PA MXD6, PA 6/66, PA 6/12 및 이들의 코폴리아미드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
성분 (B)가 PA 6I/6T, PA 6I 및 PA 6/3T로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단계 i)과 단계 ii) 사이에,
i-1) 단계 i)에서 제공된 소결 분말(SP) 층의 적어도 일부에 하나 이상의 IR-흡수성 잉크를 적용하는 단계
를 수행하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
소결 분말(SP)이 추가로, 소결 분말(SP)의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 내지 10 중량% 범위의 핵형성-방지제(antinucleating agent), 안정화제 및 말단기 작용화제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는, 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
소결 분말(SP) 중의 성분 (C)가 성분 (A) 및/또는 성분 (B)로 코팅된 것인, 방법. - a) 다음 성분들을 혼합하는 단계:
(A) 하나 이상의 반-결정성 폴리아미드;
(B) 하나 이상의 비정질 폴리아미드; 및
(C) 하나 이상의 근적외선 반사제, 및
b) 단계 a)에서 수득된 혼합물을 그라인딩하여 소결 분말(SP)을 수득하는 단계
를 포함하는, 소결 분말(SP)의 제조 방법. - 제 11 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있는 소결 분말(SP).
- 하기 성분들
(A) 하나 이상의 반-결정성 폴리아미드;
(B) 하나 이상의 비정질 폴리아미드; 및
(C) 하나 이상의 근적외선 반사제
를 포함하는 소결 분말(SP)에서, 소결 분말(SP)의 노출에 의한 소결 분말(SP)로부터 성형체의 제조에서 뒤틀림(warpage)을 감소시키기 위한 근적외선 반사제의 용도. - 하기 성분들
(A) 하나 이상의 반-결정성 폴리아미드;
(B) 하나 이상의 비정질 폴리아미드; 및
(C) 하나 이상의 근적외선 반사제
를 포함하는 소결 분말(SP)의 소결 공정에서의 용도. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득가능한 성형체.
