Claims (10)
- 개선된 거품발생 저항성(resistance to frothing)을 갖는 폴리올 프리믹스로서,
(a) 하나 이상의 폴리올; 및
(b) 약 70 중량% 이상의 트랜스HFCO-1233zd와, 시스-1,1,1,4,4,4-헥사플루오로-2-부텐(HFO-1336mzzm(Z) 또는 시스-1336mzzm), 메틸랄, 메틸 포르메이트, 글리세린, 트랜스 다이클로로에틸렌(tDCE) 및 이들 중 둘 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 거품제거(defrothing) 특성을 갖는 물리적 공발포제(co-blowing agent)를 포함하는 발포제
를 포함하며, 상기 거품제거 공발포제의 양은 상기 폴리올 프리믹스의 거품제거 시간을 약 30% 이상 감소시키기에 유효한, 폴리올 프리믹스. - 개선된 거품발생 저항성을 갖는 폴리올 프리믹스로서,
(a) 하나 이상의 폴리올; 및
(b) 약 20 중량% 이상 내지 약 75 중량%의 시스1336mzzm과, 상기 폴리올 프리믹스의 거품제거 시간을 약 20 상대 퍼센트 이상 감소시키기에 유효한 양의 트랜스HFCO-1233zd를 포함하는 거품제거 특성을 갖는 물리적 공발포제를 포함하는 발포제
를 포함하는, 폴리올 프리믹스. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 거품제거 공발포제의 양은 상기 폴리올 프리믹스의 거품제거 시간을 약 50% 이상 감소시키기에 유효한, 폴리올 프리믹스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 거품제거 공발포제의 양은 상기 폴리올 프리믹스의 거품제거 시간을 약 80% 이상 감소시키기에 유효한, 폴리올 프리믹스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는, 폴리올 프리믹스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 약 50 중량% 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는, 폴리올 프리믹스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 약 90 중량% 이상의 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는, 폴리올 프리믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 상기 폴리올 프리믹스의 거품제거 시간을 약 30% 이상 감소시키기에 유효한 양의 시스-1,1,1,4,4,4-헥사플루오로-2-부텐(HFO-1336mzzm(Z))을 포함하는, 폴리올 프리믹스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포제는 상기 폴리올 프리믹스의 거품제거 시간을 약 50% 이상 감소시키기에 유효한 양의 시스-1,1,1,4,4,4-헥사플루오로-2-부텐(HFO-1336mzzm(Z) 또는 시스-1336mzzm)을 포함하는, 폴리올 프리믹스.
