Claims (4)
- 환상으로 형성되어서 내주측에 내치를 갖는 내치 기어와,
외주측에 상기 내치와 맞물림 가능한 외치를 가져서 상기 내치 기어의 내주측에 배치되는 제 1 외치 기어 및 제 2 외치 기어와,
축 방향의 일단측에 상기 내치 기어, 상기 제 1 외치 기어 및 상기 제 2 외치 기어를 회전 가능하게 수용 유지하는 일단측 수용부가 형성됨과 아울러, 축 방향의 타단측에 타단측 수용부가 형성된 케이스 부재와,
상기 케이스 부재에 부착되어서 상기 타단측 수용부의 개구를 폐쇄하는 커버 부재와,
상기 케이스 부재의 상기 타단측 수용부에 수용되는 플레이트 부재를 구비하고,
상기 일단측 수용부 내에 있어서 상기 내치 기어의 내주측에 펌프실이 획성되어서 이루어지는 기어 펌프로서,
상기 케이스 부재는 상기 펌프실을 상기 제 1 외치 기어측에 배치되는 제 1 펌프실과 상기 제 2 외치 기어측에 배치되는 제 2 펌프실로 분할하는 칸막이부를 갖고,
상기 제 1 펌프실은 상기 내치 기어 및 상기 제 1 외치 기어의 회전에 따라서 유체가 흡입되는 제 1 흡입 공간과 유체가 토출되는 제 1 토출 공간을 갖고,
상기 제 2 펌프실은 상기 내치 기어 및 상기 제 2 외치 기어의 회전에 따라서 유체가 흡입되는 제 2 흡입 공간과 유체가 토출되는 제 2 토출 공간을 갖고,
상기 제 1 흡입 공간, 상기 제 2 흡입 공간, 상기 제 1 토출 공간 및 상기 제 2 토출 공간은 상기 타단측 수용부에 각각 연통하고 있고,
상기 커버 부재는 제 1 포트 및 제 2 포트를 갖고,
상기 플레이트 부재는 상기 제 1 포트에 연통하는 제 1 연통로와, 상기 제 2 포트에 연통하는 제 2 연통로를 갖고,
상기 케이스 부재는 상기 타단측 수용부 내에 있어서, 상기 흡입 공간끼리 및 상기 토출 공간끼리 중 일방의 공간끼리의 각각에 연통하는 일방측 연통부를 갖고,
상기 제 1 연통로는 상기 일방측 연통부에 연통하고,
상기 제 2 연통로는 상기 흡입 공간끼리 및 상기 토출 공간끼리 중 타방의 공간끼리의 각각에 연통하는 타방측 연통부를 가져서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 펌프. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 타방측 연통부는 상기 플레이트 부재에 축 방향으로 관통 형성된 2개의 연통구멍과, 상기 플레이트 부재의 축 방향의 타단측에 개구되어서 상기 2개의 연통구멍에 연결되는 연통홈을 갖고,
상기 2개의 연통구멍이 상기 타방의 공간끼리 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 펌프. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 흡입 공간 및 상기 제 2 흡입 공간이 상기 내치 기어의 회전 중심에 대하여 대칭으로 배치됨과 아울러, 상기 제 1 토출 공간 및 상기 제 2 토출 공간이 상기 내치 기어의 회전 중심에 대하여 대칭으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 펌프. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 포트는 유체를 흡입하기 위한 흡입 포트이고,
상기 제 2 포트는 유체를 토출하기 위한 토출 포트이고,
상기 흡입 포트로부터의 유체를, 상기 일방측 연통부에서 상기 제 1 흡입 공간과 상기 제 2 흡입 공간으로 분류시키고,
상기 제 1 토출 공간 및 상기 제 2 토출 공간으로부터의 유체를, 상기 타방측 연통부에서 합류시켜서 상기 토출 포트로 송출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 펌프.
