Claims (11)
- 배터리 셀을 고정하는 셀 고정유닛;
배터리 셀의 전극리드에 에어를 공급하여 절단 지점을 고정하는 전극리드 고정유닛;
상기 전극리드의 절단 지점을 절단하는 전극리드 절단유닛;
을 포함하는 배터리 셀의 전극리드 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀 고정유닛은 배터리 셀을 진공 흡착하는 흡착플레이트를 포함하는 배터리 셀의 전극리드 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드 절단유닛은 상기 전극리드의 절단 지점에 접촉하여 전극리드를 절단하는 커팅블레이드를 포함하며,
상기 커팅블레이드는 상기 전극리드의 절단 지점 상측에 위치하는 제1커팅블레이드 및 상기 전극리드의 절단 지점 하측에 위치하는 제2커팅블레이드를 포함하는 배터리 셀의 전극리드 절단장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드 절단유닛은 가이드블록을 더 포함하고, 상기 제1커팅블레이드 및 상기 제2커팅블레이드 중 적어도 하나는 상기 가이드블록에 승강 가능하게 결합되는 배터리 셀의 전극리드 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드 절단유닛은 전극리드의 절단 지점에 레이저빔을 조사하는 레이저 발진기를 포함하는 배터리 셀의 전극리드 절단장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드의 하측에 배치되며, 상기 전극리드를 지지하는 전극리드 지지유닛을 더 포함하는 배터리 셀의 전극리드 절단장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드 지지유닛은 상기 전극리드를 자력으로 고정하는 자성체블록을 포함하는 배터리 셀의 전극리드 절단장치.
- 전극리드가 노출된 배터리 셀을 로딩하는 단계;
상기 전극리드의 상측에서 에어를 제공하여 전극리드의 절단 지점을 고정하는 단계;
상기 고정된 전극리드의 절단 지점을 커팅하는 단계;
를 포함하는 전극리드 절단 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 전극리드의 커팅 시, 전극리드의 하측에서 자력을 제공하여 전극리드를 자력 고정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 전극리드 절단 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 커팅장치를 통해 커팅된 전극리드를 구비한 배터리 셀.
- 제10항의 배터리 셀을 복수 포함하는 배터리 팩.
