Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체이며,
상기 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체의 유기 용제 가용분(100질량%)에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량 80만 이상의 성분의 함유 비율이 1질량% 이상이며,
상기 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체에 있어서의 인 함유량이 3 내지 30mmol/kg인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체에 있어서의 나트륨 함유량이 30 질량ppm 이하인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용제 가용분의 중량 평균 분자량이 25만 이상인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용제 가용분(100질량%)에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량이 80만 이상인 성분의 함유 비율이 1.3질량% 이상인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용제 가용분(100질량%)에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량이 80만 이상인 성분의 함유 비율이 5질량% 이상인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그래프트시키는 고무의 체적 평균 입자 직경이 50 내지 400nm인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 아크릴레이트 (a1) 100질량부 및 알릴메타크릴레이트 (a2) 0.1 내지 3질량부를 포함하는 비닐 단량체를, 과황산염 및 인계 유화제를 사용하여 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 고무 라텍스에, 메틸메타크릴레이트를 95질량% 이상 포함하는 그래프트용 비닐 단량체를, 과황산염을 사용하여 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 단량체가 아크릴레이트 (a1) 100질량부 및 알릴메타크릴레이트 (a2) 0.1 내지 0.7질량부를 포함하는 비닐 단량체인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 인계 유화제를 사용하여 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 디엔계 고무 라텍스에, 메타크릴산알킬에스테르를 함유하는 그래프트용 단량체를, 과황산염 및 인계 유화제를 사용하여 유화 그래프트 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 폴리오르가노실록산계 고무 라텍스에, 메타크릴산알킬에스테르를 함유하는 그래프트용 단량체를, 과황산염 및 인계 유화제를 사용하여 유화 그래프트 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아세트산칼슘으로 응석시킴으로써 얻어지는 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체 및 열가소성 수지 (B)를 포함하는 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체 함유 수지 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 (B)가 폴리에스테르 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 (B)인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체 함유 수지 조성물.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 (B)가 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 (B)인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체 함유 수지 조성물.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 (B)가 폴리에스테르 수지와 방향족 폴리카르보네이트 수지의 알로이인 열가소성 수지 (B)인 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체 함유 수지 조성물.
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 고무 함유 그래프트 중합체 함유 수지 조성물을 성형하여 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제16항에 있어서, 사출 성형체인 성형체.
