Claims (17)
- 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법으로서,
겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 따른 수 평균 분자량(Mn)이 1000 초과 4000g/mol 이하이고, 바람직하게는 1000 내지 3000g/mol이고, 더 바람직하게는 1200 내지 2500g/mol인 폴리에틸렌 왁스; 및
겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 따른 수 평균 분자량(Mn)이 100 내지 1000g/mol, 바람직하게는 100 내지 900g/mol, 더 바람직하게는 200 내지 800g/mol인 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 왁스;의 혼합물을 산화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 따른 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)은 4000 내지 20000g/mol, 바람직하게는 4000 내지 18000g/mol, 더 바람직하게는 4500 내지 16000g/mol이고; 및/또는
상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피에 따른 중량 평균 분자량(Mw)은 100 내지 30000g/mol, 바람직하게는 1000 내지 25000g/mol, 더 바람직하게는 1500 내지 20000g/mol인, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은, 상기 혼합물의 총 중량에 대해 50 내지 97 중량%의 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스 및 3 내지 50 중량%의 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은, 상기 혼합물의 총 중량에 대해 75 내지 90 중량%의 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스 및 10 내지 25 중량%의 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 중량 평균 분자량(Mw) 대 수 평균 분자량(Mn)의 비(Mw/Mn)는 3 내지 10이고, 및/또는 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 중량 평균 분자량(Mw) 대 수 평균 분자량(Mn)의 비(Mw/Mn)는 3 내지 60인, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
ASTM D1505에 따른 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 밀도가 0.92 내지 0.97g/cm3인, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
ASTM D3236에 따른 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 점도가 20 내지 7000 cP인, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
ASTM D3236에 따른 상기 저분자량 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 점도가 30 내지 1000 cP인, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 산화는 산소-함유 가스를 이용하여 수행되고, 선택적으로(optionally) 산화 촉매의 존재 하에 수행되는, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 왁스 에멀젼으로의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는, 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 코팅제 및/또는 윤활제로의 용도.
- 하기 a) 내지 e)를 포함하는 왁스 에멀젼.
a) 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스;
b) 비이온성 계면 활성제;
c) 수산화 칼륨 및/또는 수산화 나트륨;
d) 소듐 메타비설파이트; 및
e) 물. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 왁스 에멀젼 중의 상기 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 양이 상기 왁스 에멀젼의 총 중량에 대하여 5 내지 35 중량%인 왁스 에멀젼. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 양이 상기 왁스 에멀젼의 총 중량에 대하여 10 내지 30 중량%인 왁스 에멀젼. - 제13항에 있어서,
ASTM D1505에 따른 상기 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 밀도가 0.93 내지 0.99g/㎤인, 왁스 에멀젼. - 제13항에 있어서,
ASTM D1386에 따른 상기 산화된 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 산가가 10-40, 바람직하게는 15-35인, 왁스 에멀젼.
