Claims (13)
- 전기강판 상면에 위치하는 상면 접착층 및
전기강판 하면에 위치하는 하면 접착층을 포함하고,
상기 상면 접착층은 연필 경도가 F이하이고,
상기 하면 접착층은 연필 경도가 H이상인 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층은 중량 평균 분자량이 15,000 내지 50,000인 수지를 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착층은 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 10,000인 수지를 포함하는 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층은 경화제를 3 중량% 이하로 더 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착층은 경화제를 5 내지 10 중량%로 더 포함하는 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층은 수산기 당량이 1 내지 10mgKOH/g인 수지를 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착층은 수산기 당량이 15 내지 20mgKOH/g인 수지를 포함하는 전기강판. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층 및 상기 하면 접착층에 포함되는 수지는 각각 에폭시계 수지, 실록산계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 페놀계 수지, 스티렌계 수지, 비닐계 수지, 에틸렌계 수지, 에스테르계 수지 및 우레탄계 수지 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 전기강판. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층 및 상기 하면 접착층에 포함되는 경화제는 각각 멜라민계 경화제, 우레탄계 경화제, 지방족 폴리아민 경화제, 변성지방족 폴리아민 경화제, 방향족 폴리아민 경화제 및 유기산 무수물계 경화제 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 전기강판. - 전기강판 상면에 상면 접착 조성물을 도포하여, 상면 접착층을 형성하는 단계 및
상기 전기강판 하면에 하면 접착 조성물을 도포하여, 하면 접착층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 상면 접착 조성물은 수산기 당량이 1 내지 10mgKOH/g인 수지를 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착 조성물은 수산기 당량이 15 내지 20mgKOH/g인 수지를 포함하는 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착 조성물은 중량 평균 분자량이 15,000 내지 50,000인 수지를 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착 조성물은 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 10,000인 수지를 포함하는 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착 조성물은 고형분 100 중량%에 대하여, 경화제를 3 중량% 이하로 더 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착 조성물은 고형분 100 중량%에 대하여, 경화제를 5 내지 10 중량%로 더 포함하는 전기강판의 제조 방법. - 복수의 전기강판이 적층되고,
상기 전기강판 사이에 상면 접착층 및 하면 접착층 순서로 개재되고,
상기 상면 접착층은 연필 경도가 F이하이고,
상기 하면 접착층은 연필 경도가 H이상인 전기강판 적층체. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층은 중량 평균 분자량이 15,000 내지 50,000인 수지를 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착층은 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 10,000인 수지를 포함하는 전기강판 적층체. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층은 경화제를 3 중량% 이하로 더 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착층은 경화제를 5 내지 10 중량%로 더 포함하는 전기강판 적층체. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 상면 접착층은 수산기 당량이 1 내지 10mgKOH/g인 수지를 포함하고,
상기 하면 접착층은 수산기 당량이 15 내지 20mgKOH/g인 수지를 포함하는 전기강판 적층체.
