Claims (19)
- 고압, 자유 라디칼 중합으로부터 형성된 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체를 포함하고, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 하기 특성을 갖는 조성물:
a) 혼성중합체의 중량을 기준으로 "0 초과" 중량 퍼센트 내지 10 이하 중량 퍼센트 CO (일산화탄소)의 CO 함량; 및
b) 하기 관계를 충족하는 ℃ 단위로 용융점, Tm:
Tm (℃) ≤ 601.4 * (g/cc 단위로 밀도) - 452.5(℃). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 하기 관계: MS (cN) ≥ 2.0 (wt%CO) + 2.0을 충족하는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 0.1 내지 100 g/10분의 용융 지수(I2)를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 Tm (℃) ≥ 601.4 * (g/cc 단위로 밀도) - 460.0(℃)를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 105.5℃ 내지 110.5℃의 용융 온도, Tm을 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 0.910 내지 0.990 g/cc의 밀도를 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 13C NMR에 의해 결정된 바와 같은 0.5 이상의 아밀기/1000 탄소 원자의 아밀기 수준을 갖는, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체는 에틸렌/CO 공중합체인, 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 제2 에틸렌계 중합체를 추가로 포함하는, 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제2 에틸렌계 중합체는 LDPE, 에틸렌/알파-올레핀 공중합체, 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물로부터 형성된 적어도 하나의 구성요소를 포함하는 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 코팅된 기재 또는 필름인, 물품.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 압출 코팅 또는 압출 적층에 의해 생산된 코팅물인, 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 고압, 자유 라디칼 중합 방법을 사용하여 에틸렌과 CO를 중합하여 에틸렌/CO 혼성중합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 중합은 ≥ 2 반응 구역을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 고압증기멸균기 반응기 및 ≥ 2 반응 구역을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 관형 반응기를 포함하는 반응기 구성에서 일어나고, 그리고
상기 고압증기멸균기 반응기에서, 중합은 FRmauto로 표시된 적어도 하나의 "중간 온도 자유 라디칼 개시제", 및 FRlauto로 표시된 적어도 하나의 "저온 자유 라디칼 개시제"의 존재 하에서 일어나고, 그리고 FRmauto 대 FRlauto의 중량 비(ratioauto)는 고압증기멸균기 반응기에서 각각의 반응 구역에 대해 0.04 내지 1.00이고; 그리고
상기 관형 반응기에서, 중합은 FRhtube로 표시된 적어도 하나의 "고온 자유 라디칼 개시제", 및 FRmtube로 표시된 적어도 하나의 "중간 온도 자유 라디칼 개시제"의 존재 하에서 일어나고, 그리고 FRhtube 대 FRmtube의 중량 비(ratiotube)는 관형 반응기에서 각각의 반응 구역에 대해 0.06 내지 0.50인, 방법. - 제14항에 있어서, 상기 고압증기멸균기 반응기의 각각의 반응 구역에서 중합 온도는 독립적으로190℃ 내지 270℃인, 방법.
