Abstract
Description
도 1은 항공기에 의해 수반되는 전기 장치들에 전력을 제공하기 위해 발전기 모듈에 작동 가능하게 연결되는 원동기를 도시하는, 본 개시에 따라 구성된 항공기 전기 시스템의 개략도이다.
도 2는 발전기 모듈에서의 결함들을 검출 및 구분하기 위해 발전기 모듈 내 위상 리드들 및 직류(DC) 링크 리드들에 결합되는 전압 센서들을 도시하는, 도 1에 도시된 발전기 모듈의 개략도이다;
도 3은 일 실시 예에 따른 방법의 단계들을 도시하는, 결함 검출 방법의 블록도이다;
도 4는 일 실시 예에 따라 계산된 DC 링크 전압 불균형 및 상분 전압들에 대한 정상 및 결함 상태 연관성을 제시하는, 도 3에 도시된 결함 검출 방법에 사용하기 위한 상태 테이블이다.
도 5는 동작들을 도시하는, 도 1에 도시된 발전기 모듈 내 결함들을 구분하기 위한 동작들의 블록도이다.
Claims (14)
- 결함 검출 방법으로서,
발전기, 복수의 위상 리드에 의해 상기 발전기에 연결되는 정류기 및 직류(DC) 링크에 의해 상기 정류기에 연결되는 인버터를 갖는 발전기 모듈에서,
상기 위상 리드들에 의해 상기 정류기에 인가되는 전압의 측정치를 수신하는 단계;
상기 DC 링크에 의해 상기 인버터에 인가되는 전압의 측정치를 수신하는 단계;
상기 위상 리드들에 의해 상기 정류기에 인가되는 전압의 측정치 및 상기 DC 링크에 의해 상기 인버터에 인가되는 전압의 측정치를 사용하여 DC 링크 전압 평형 및 상분 전압들(phase sequence voltages)을 계산하는 단계;
상기 발전기 모듈에 결함이 존재하지 않을 때 상기 DC 링크 전압 평형 및 상분 전압들을 사용하여 정상 상태가 존재한다고 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 발전기 모듈에 결함이 존재할 때 상기 DC 링크 전압 평형 및 상분 전압들을 사용하여 결함 상태가 존재한다고 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 정류기에 인가되는 전압의 측정치를 수신하는 단계는 A-위상 리드, B-위상 리드 및 C-위상 리드에서 전압을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상분 전압들을 계산하는 단계는 정상분 전압(positive sequence voltage), 역상분 전압(negative sequence voltage) 및 영상분 전압(zero sequence voltage)을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상분 전압들을 계산하는 단계는 Vp = (Va + k*Vb + k2*Vc)(여기서, k = -1/2 + j Sqrt (3)/2)에 따라 정상분 전압을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상분 전압들을 계산하는 단계는 Vn = (Va + k2* Vb + k*Vc)(여기서, k = -1/2 + j Sqrt (3)/2)에 따라 역상분 전압을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상분 전압들을 계산하는 단계는 Vz = Va + Vb + Vc에 따라 영상분 전압을 계산하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 DC 링크에 의해 상기 인버터에 인가되는 전압의 측정치를 수신하는 단계는 DC 링크 양극 리드 및 DC 링크 음극 리드에서 전압을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 DC 링크 양극 리드 및 상기 DC 링크 음극 리드에서의 전압의 측정치들은 접지 단자에 비례하는, 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서, 상기 DC 링크 전압 불균형은 Vdc = V+ - V-에 따라 계산되는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 정상 상태가 존재한다고 결정하는 단계는 상기 발전기가 불균형 상태에서 동작하고 있다고 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 결함 상태가 존재한다고 결정하는 단계는 상기 결함 상태를 상기 발전기 모듈에 존재하는 (a) L-G 단락, (b) L-L 단락, (c) L-L-G 단락, (d) L-L-L 단락 및 (e) L-L-L-G 단락으로부터 선택되는 결함으로 구분하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 결함 상태가 존재한다고 결정하는 단계는 상기 결함 상태를 상기 정류기 내 다이오드 단락으로 구분하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 결함 상태가 존재한다고 결정하는 단계는 상기 결함 상태를 상기 정류기 내 다이오드 개방으로 구분하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 결함 상태가 존재한다고 결정하는 단계는 DC 링크 전압 불균형 및 상분 전압들을 발전기 모듈 상태들과 연관시키는 룩업 테이블과 계산된 상기 DC 링크 전압 불균형 및 상분 전압들을 매칭하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법.
