Claims (11)
- 유체가 저장되는 복수의 격실을 가지는 리저버;
브레이크 페달에 연결되고, 리저버의 복수의 격실 중 일부 격실에 각기 연결되는 복수의 마스터챔버가 마련된 마스터실린더;
구동부가 연결되고, 마스터챔버와 연결되지 않은 다른 격실과 연결되거나, 마스터챔버와 연결되는 격실에 각기 연결되는 복수의 유압챔버가 마련된 유압공급실린더;
유압공급실린더의 어느 하나의 유압챔버와 전륜 및 후륜의 휠 브레이크를 연결하는 제1유압서킷과, 다른 하나의 유압챔버와 전륜 및 후륜의 휠 브레이크를 연결하는 제2유압서킷; 및
제1유압서킷과 제2유압서킷에 각기 마련되어 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 복수의 개폐밸브;를 포함하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
리저버는 유체가 저장되는 제1격실, 제2격실, 제3격실이 마련되고,
마스터실린더는 제1격실과 연결되는 제1마스터챔버, 제3격실과 연결되는 제2마스터챔버가 마련되며,
유압공급실린더는 제2격실과 연결되는 제1유압챔버, 제3격실과 연결되는 제2유압챔버가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
리저버의 제2격실과 유압공급실린더의 제1유압챔버는 제1공급유로를 통해 연결되고, 리저버의 제3격실과 유압공급실린더의 제2유압챔버는 제2공급유로를 통해 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
제2공급유로에는 제2공급유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 조절밸브가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
제1유압서킷은 제1유압챔버와 전륜의 휠 브레이크에 연결되는 제1유압유로와, 제1유압유로에서 분기되어 후륜의 휠 브레이크에 연결되는 제2유압유로로 구성되고,
제2유압서킷은 제2유압챔버와 후륜의 휠 브레이크에 연결되는 제3유압유로와, 제3유압유로에서 분기되어 전륜의 휠 브레이크에 연결되는 제4유압유로로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
제1격실 및 제1마스터챔버를 연결하는 유로와 제1유압서킷은 제1백업유로를 통해 연결되고, 제2공급유로와 제2유압서킷은 제2백업유로를 통해 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
개폐밸브는 제1유압유로에 마련되어 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 제1개폐밸브와, 제2유압유로에 마련되어 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 제2개폐밸브와, 제3유압유로에 마련되어 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 제3개폐밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 7에 있어서,
개폐밸브는 전륜 및 후륜의 휠 브레이크에 연결되는 유로에서 전륜 및 후륜의 휠 브레이크 전단에 각각 마련되어 유로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 전륜 인렛밸브 및 후륜 인렛밸브가 더 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
리저버 용량센싱부를 통해 리저버 내의 유체용량을 입력받고, 유압공급실린더의 구동부 및 개폐밸브의 동작을 제어하는 제어기;를 더 포함하며,
제어기는 리저버 내의 유체용량이 저용량으로 입력된 경우 제1개폐밸브, 전륜 인렛밸브는 개방 동작시키고, 제2개폐밸브, 제3개폐밸브, 후륜 인렛밸브는 폐쇄 동작되도록 하여 전륜의 휠 브레이크가 구동되는 1차 백업모드가 수행되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
유압공급실린더는 제1유압챔버와 제2유압챔버를 구획하고 구동부에 의해 직선운동되는 유압피스톤이 마련되며,
제어기는 1차 백업모드가 수행되는 상태에서 제2격실 내의 유체용량이 소실범위인 것으로 입력되면, 구동부를 제어하여 유압피스톤이 제1유압챔버를 향해 최대치로 이동되도록 하고, 압력센싱부를 통해 측정된 압력값이 한계값 이하일 경우 제1개폐밸브, 제2개폐밸브, 전륜 인렛밸브는 폐쇄 동작시키고, 제3개폐밸브, 후륜 인렛밸브는 개방 동작되도록 하여 후륜의 휠 브레이크가 구동되는 2차 백업모드가 수행되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
제어기는 2차 백업모드수행시 조절밸브가 개방 동작되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 브레이크 시스템.
