Claims (7)
- 세라믹 기재, 금속화층, 제1 도금층, 제2 도금층 및 제3 도금층이 순차적으로 적층된 형태를 포함하고,
상기 금속화층은 몰리브덴 및 망간을 포함하고,
상기 제1 도금층은 니켈을 포함하며,
상기 제2 도금층 및 제3 도금층은 각각 은을 포함하고,
상기 제2 도금층은 두께가 0.5 내지 3 ㎛이며,
상기 제2 도금층은 제3 도금층보다 은 농도가 낮은 도금액을 사용하고, 제3 도금층보다 높은 전류에서 제조되는, 세라믹 하우징. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속화층은 두께가 10 내지 50 ㎛이고,
상기 제1 도금층은 두께가 1 내지 20 ㎛이며,
상기 제3 도금층은 두께가 20 내지 50 ㎛인, 세라믹 하우징. - 세라믹 기재 상에 몰리브덴 및 망간을 포함하는 금속화층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 금속화층 상에 니켈을 포함하는 제1 도금층을 형성하는 제1 도금단계;
상기 제1 도금층 상에 은을 포함하는 제2 도금층을 형성하는 제2 도금단계; 및
상기 제2 도금층 상에 은을 포함하는 제3 도금층을 형성하는 제3 도금단계;를 포함하고,
상기 제2 도금단계는 상기 제3 도금단계보다 높은 전류에서 수행되고, 상기 제2 도금단계의 도금액은 상기 제3 도금단계의 도금액보다 은 농도가 낮은, 세라믹 기재의 도금 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제3 도금단계의 도금액의 은 농도는 상기 제2 도금단계의 도금액의 은 농도의 5 내지 25 배 큰, 세라믹 기재의 도금 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제2 도금단계에서 도금액은 은 농도가 1 내지 15 g/ℓ이고, 10 내지 60 초 동안 수행되는, 세라믹 기재의 도금 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제3 도금단계에서 도금액은 은 농도가 20 내지 150 g/ℓ이고, 10 내지 60 분 동안 수행되는, 세라믹 기재의 도금 방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 제2 도금단계에서 사용하는 전류는 상기 제3 도금단계에서 사용하는 전류의 1.1 내지 3 배 큰, 세라믹 기재의 도금 방법.
