Claims (14)
- 적어도 열가소성 재료의 기재 (11) 및 인쇄된 장식을 가진 상부층 (13) 및 반투명 또는 투명 마모층 (6) 을 포함하는 패널로서,
상기 기재는 모두 열가소성 재료로 만들어진, 최하부 층, 중심 층 및 최상부 층을 포함하는, 3 개의 층들로 실질적으로 구성되고,
상기 최하부 층 및 상기 최상부 층의 상기 열가소성 재료는 상기 중심 층의 열가소성 재료보다 강성인 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 재료는 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리우레탄으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 최하부 층은 경질 또는 반강성 폴리비닐 클로라이드를 기초로 하고, 상기 중심 층은 연성 폴리비닐 클로라이드를 기초로 하고, 상기 최상부 층은 경질 또는 반강성 폴리비닐 클로라이드를 기초로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 최하부 층 및 상기 최상부 층은 5 중량% 미만의 가소제를 포함하거나 또는 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 중심 층은 12 중량% 이상의 가소제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 최하부 층 및 상기 최상부 층은 상기 중심 층보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 패널 (1) 은 플로팅 플로어 커버링을 위한 플로어 패널이고, 2 개 이상의 대향 가장자리들에서 결합 부분들 (16) 을 포함하고 상기 결합 부분들에 의해 상기 플로어 패널들 (1) 중 2 개는 상기 가장자리들에서 각각의 가장자리에 수직한 수평 방향 (H1) 으로 그리고 플로어 패널들의 평면에 수직한 수직 방향 (V1) 으로 뿐만 아니라 플로어 패널들의 평면에서 상호 잠겨지도록 결합될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 기재는 1.3 ~ 10 밀리미터의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 패널은 2 ~ 6 밀리미터의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 장식은 합성 재료 필름 (7) 위에 수행된 인쇄물로 구성되고, 상기 필름 (7) 은 인쇄된 폴리비닐 클로라이드 필름, 폴리우레탄 필름, 폴리프로필렌 필름 또는 폴리에틸렌 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 마모층은 또한 열가소성 재료를 포함하고, 상기 열가소성 재료는 경질 또는 연성 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 패널의 상기 두께 (T) 의 절반 초과는 상기 기재에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 상부층은 상기 인쇄된 장식 아래에 위치된 배면층 (8) 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널. - 패널들을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 방법은 열가소성 재료의 제 1 층 (9B) 및 제 2 층 (9A) 을 형성하는 단계를 적어도 포함하고,
상기 제 1 층 (9B) 을 형성하기 위해서, 상기 열가소성 재료의 제 1 미립자 (23) 가 도포되고, 그 후에, 상기 제 2 층 (9A) 을 형성하기 위해서, 상기 열가소성 재료의 제 2 미립자 (23) 가 상기 제 1 층 (9B) 의 상부에 도포되며, 후속의 단계에서, 상기 2 개의 층들 (9A ~ 9B) 은 통합되고, 상기 제 1 미립자의 조성 및/또는 평균 입자 크기는 상기 제 2 미립자에 비하여 상이하고,
상기 방법은 또한 상기 2 개의 층들 (9A ~ 9B) 위에 인쇄된 장식 및 반투명 또는 투명 마모층 (6) 을 제공하는 단계들을 더 포함하고, 상기 단계들은 상기 2 개의 층들 (9A ~ 9B) 을 통합시킨 후에 실시되고,
- 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자는 상이한 양의 가소제를 포함하고, 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자 중 일방은 12 중량% 이상의 가소제를 포함하고, 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자 중 타방은 5 중량% 미만의 가소제를 포함하거나 또는 포함하지 않는 특징,
- 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자는 상이한 평균 입자 크기를 가지고, 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자 중 일방은 1.5 ~ 2.5 밀리미터의 평균 입자 크기를 가지며, 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자 중 타방은 1 밀리미터 미만의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 특징,
- 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자는 상이한 조성을 가지며, 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자 중 일방은 새로운 폴리비닐 클로라이드로부터 얻어지고, 타방은 폴리비닐 클로라이드의 재생물로부터 얻어지는 특징, 및
- 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자는 상이한 조성을 가지며, 제 1 미립자 및 제 2 미립자 중 일방은 60 ~ 80 중량% 의 백악 (chalk) 등의 충전재를 포함하고, 타방은 50 중량% 미만의 충전재를 포함하거나 포함하지 않는 특징 중 하나 또는 2 개 이상의 조합으로 상기 제 1 미립자는 상기 제 2 미립자와는 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는, 패널들을 제조하는 방법.
