Description
도 2는 실험예 1 내지 실험예 3에 따라 제조된 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 미세구조를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 실험예 1 내지 실험예 3에 따라 제조된 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy) mapping 이미지를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 실험예 3에 따라 제조된 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스에 대하여 100V/mm의 전계하에서 온도에 따른 DC 전기전도도와 활성화 에너지를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (11)
- (a) AlN 분말, Y2O3 분말 및 MgO 분말을 용매에 혼합하여 슬러리를 형성하는 단계;
(b) 상기 슬러리를 건조하여 복합분말을 형성하는 단계;
(c) 상기 복합분말을 성형하는 단계; 및
(d) 성형된 결과물을 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 TiO2 분말을 더 혼합하여 상기 슬러리를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 HfO2 분말을 더 혼합하여 상기 슬러리를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 단계에서 SrO 분말을 더 혼합하여 상기 슬러리를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Y2O3 분말은 상기 AlN 분말 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼7중량부 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 MgO 분말은 상기 AlN 분말 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼10중량부 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결은 1500∼1800℃의 소결온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소결 후에 상기 소결온도보다 낮은 온도에서 어닐링(Annealing)하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 어닐링은 1300∼1550℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄-이트리아 복합 세라믹스의 제조방법.
