Abstract
본 발명은, 식 (a1)로 나타나는 유기 규소 화합물 (A), 및 식 (c1)로 나타나는 유기 규소 화합물 (C)를 포함하는 조성물이다.
상기 식 (a1) 중, Rfa1은, 양단이 산소 원자인 2가의 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 구조이다.

Claims (6)
- 식 (a1)로 나타나는 유기 규소 화합물 (A), 및 식 (c1)로 나타나는 유기 규소 화합물 (C)를 포함하는 조성물.
[화학식 1]
상기 식 (a1) 중,
Rfa1은, 양단이 산소 원자인 2가의 퍼플루오로폴리에테르 구조이며,
R11, R12, 및 R13은, 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1~20의 알킬기이고, R11이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 R11이 각각 상이해도 되며, R12가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 R12가 각각 상이해도 되고, R13이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 R13이 각각 상이해도 되며,
E1, E2, E3, E4, 및 E5는, 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 불소 원자이고, E1이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 E1이 각각 상이해도 되며, E2가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 E2가 각각 상이해도 되고, E3이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 E3이 각각 상이해도 되며, E4가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 E4가 각각 상이해도 되고,
G1 및 G2는, 각각 독립적으로, 실록산 결합을 가지는 2~10가의 오르가노실록산기이며,
J1, J2, 및 J3은, 각각 독립적으로, 가수분해성기 또는 -(CH2)e6-Si(OR14)3이고, e6은 1~5이며, R14는 메틸기 또는 에틸기이고, J1이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 J1이 각각 상이해도 되며, J2가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 J2가 각각 상이해도 되고, J3이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 J3이 각각 상이해도 되며,
L1 및 L2는, 각각 독립적으로, 산소 원자, 질소 원자, 불소 원자를 포함하고 있어도 되는 탄소수 1~12의 2가의 연결기이고, L1이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 L1이 각각 상이해도 되며, L2가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 L2가 각각 상이해도 되고,
d11은, 1~9이며,
d12는, 0~9이고,
a10 및 a14는, 각각 독립적으로 0~10이며,
a11 및 a15는, 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고,
a12 및 a16은, 각각 독립적으로 0~9이며,
a13은, 0 또는 1이고,
a21, a22, 및 a23은, 각각 독립적으로 0~2이며,
e1, e2, 및 e3은, 각각 독립적으로 1~3이다.

상기 식 (c1) 중,
Rx1, Rx2, Rx3, Rx4는, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 탄소수가 1~4의 알킬기이며, Rx1이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rx1이 각각 상이해도 되고, Rx2가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rx2가 각각 상이해도 되며, Rx3이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rx3이 각각 상이해도 되고, Rx4가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rx4가 각각 상이해도 되며,
Rfx1, Rfx2, Rfx3, Rfx4는, 각각 독립적으로, 1개 이상의 수소 원자가 불소 원자로 치환된 탄소수 1~20의 알킬기 또는 불소 원자이고, Rfx1이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rfx1이 각각 상이해도 되며, Rfx2가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rfx2가 각각 상이해도 되고, Rfx3이 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rfx3이 각각 상이해도 되며, Rfx4가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rfx4가 각각 상이해도 되고,
Rx5는, 탄소수가 1~20의 알킬기이며, Rx5가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Rx5가 각각 상이해도 되고,
X는, 가수분해성기이며, X가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 X가 각각 상이해도 되고,
Y는, -NH-, 또는 -S-이며, Y가 복수 존재하는 경우에는 복수의 Y가 각각 상이해도 되고,
Z는, 비닐기, α-메틸비닐기, 스티릴기, 메타크릴로일기, 아크릴로일기, 아미노기, 이소시아네이트기, 이소시아누레이트기, 에폭시기, 우레이도기, 또는 메르캅토기이며,
p1은, 1~20의 정수이고, p2, p3, p4는, 각각 독립적으로, 0~10의 정수이며, p5는, 1~10의 정수이고,
p6은, 1~3의 정수이며,
Z-, -Si(X)p6(Rx5)3-p6, p1개의 -{C(Rx1)(Rx2)}-, p2개의 -{C(Rfx1)(Rfx2)}-, p3개의 -{Si(Rx3)(Rx4)}-, p4개의 -{Si(Rfx3)(Rfx4)}-, p5개의 -Y-는, Z- 및 -Si(X)p6(Rx5)3-p6이 말단이 되고, -O-가 -O-와 연결되지 않는 한, 임의의 순서로 나란히 결합한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유기 규소 화합물 (C)가, 조성물의 전체 질량 중, 0.1질량% 이상, 1질량% 이하인 조성물. - 수지 기재의 표면에, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어지는 피막을 가지는 표면 처리 수지 기재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 기재가, 아크릴계 수지 기재인 표면 처리 수지 기재. - 수지 기재의 표면에, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물을 도포하여, 상온에서 경화시키는 표면 처리 수지 기재의 제조 방법.
